this is my first attempt, walang tapioca starch available so i used cornstarch, di ko alam bkit di nagdikit yung tofu at "fat" mixture ko, baka naexcitw ko diko inantay lumamig ng tuluyan😂. I also used paprika with atsuete seeds. gagawa ako ulit. Daming nagoyo sa "taba" eh 😂😂😂 p.s. sa walang mahanap na tapioca starch, use cornstarch tapos bawasan niyo by half ulyung s measurement. so if recipe calls fewr 2cups of tapioca starch, gawing niyo lang 1cup cornstarch. Mejo runny yubg cinsistency pero ingat lang sa pag lagay sa hulmahan. Ang happy ko. Thank you for your videos! Baka maghanap na ako ng tapioca starch talaga and mushroom seasoning. Sobrang nakakatulong 💜

More power po sa channel niyo and excited to see more content soon. 💪🏼
Ay salamat... nakahanap din po ako ng vegan channel na pinoy. Planning to go vegan. Sana mapanindigan ko. Magulay naman ako. Hindi kumakain ng baboy pero minsan kumakain ng fish at chicken pero more of gulay ang kinakain ko.

@@xcendre2843 my 8 YR OLD son became vegan because he has cancer and stopped his chemo because its not working for him anymore. so we went to the alternative treatment. which is herbal. just to extend his life. and in that treatment he had NO CHOICE BUT TO GO VEGAN. coz thats the protocol . he was scared for his life. he doesn't want to die. even though it kills him to be vegan he still did it. so he can survive. and YES HE MISSES EATING MEAT so we tried to find something that resembles the taste of meat. the truth is my] son hated being vegan but hes doing it so hes life would extend. so if you're too insensitive to keep on attacking me with your being a wise ass then fuck you! go assert your mindset somewhere else

I tried it na kanina.. nakakakilig. Masarap sya. Matagal na akong vegan kaya feeling ko nun kinakain ko ,parang taba talaga. Nauumay ako na parang nahihilo hahaha... feeling ko taba ng baboy talaga. Hindi na ako sanay... pati texture tabang taba 🙂.
I think available dyan mga vegan seasoning. Nakikita ko kasi sa ibang vegans na nasa ibang bansa, mas madami po options dyan. Pero if wala pa din, yung dried shitake grind nyo po sa spice grinder 😊
