Marco rating Jukka and Kai to John Bonham and Ian Paice, is high praise to say the least. I can see why he said that and they should be flattered to be compared to them. Many thanks guys for a great concert in Quebec City. It was the best concert I have ever been to and I have been to over 100 in my lifetime. It may have been just another day at the office for you guys but to me it was the thrill of a lifetime.
Hes not actually rating them that high, he is just likening their different drumming styles to these two, and hes right.

that's awesome! "Songs that fit Floor's voice." is there a song that Doesn't? is there a song she Can"t do? one where you hear her and think, "Nah, i don't like how she sings this."?!? i hear her sing some songs and i can't hear them any other way.
I think he realised that soon after he said it, he immediately started laughing :-)
About 1 minute in. It's weird to see such an epic song being played so completely nonchalantly.

Herestia Thillia Malveikata, I spoke to Nigtwish's front of house engineer. He said that they will probably be releasing a DVD or Blu-ray after the end of the tour. He thinks that they will tape several nights around the Vancouver show. Best to you.
I'm so sad. When I was gonna buy VIP tickets for their Portland, OR show, they were sold out. Then I got sick the weekend they played.. What luck I have :(
So much fun to watch !! Nothing compares to the live performance (Stargazers live with Floor is just mindblowing), but it's kinda nice to see all the effort and time behind it :-D Can't wait for Mtl '16

Why does every language sound better than German xD ?. I'm German and I'm frustrated almost every time with other languages when I hear them. The fludity, smootheness and melody in other languages, that's just fantastic. I think the German language is left there to be the rough and edgy one in the pot with all the others :D

I don't get what Tuomas is laughing about around 4:13 , anyone know the joke I'm not getting? Just curious here.
George Jansen He says that they have to play songs which fit Floor's voice, considering the fact that she can sing anything she wants from lyrical to pure metal... That was the joke, I think.
George Jansen He was laughing because he had a hard time pronouncing her name.
Kimi Jokinen Aha thanks, I sort of guessed that yes, wasn't sure. He was trying to say her name a couple of times and I think he said something in Finnish which wasn't translated.
It may have been a veiled reference to Anette. Anette did not feel comfortable doing "Wishmaster" as Tuomas mentions in passing in the Imaginaerum documentary, "Please learn the Setlist in 48 Hours" when the band was in this same practice period before that fateful tour. He stated at that time they were considering dropping it from the setlist partly for that reason. So, this time they could play whatever they want to with Floor singing.
The joke was pretty simple, he heard himself saying "Flo-ur" instead of Floor. I mean it's pretty close afterall...
I sort of loved the "Caution wet Floor" running gag during the America parts of the imaginaerus tour.
Kai is so boooooooring behind his drums :D Jukka was more showman. But never the less, Kai knows how to play and that's more important of course.

I don't think Kai is boring. Have you watched the live shows? This is just a rehearsal.
Jukka is more dynamic and passionate behind the drums, and he's a consummate drummer as well. His showmanship is very important to a band that travels the world most of the year.
Both drummers are excellent but different, and it's senseless to compare them.
Tomi Kröger I don't think he is boring, but Jukka is Jukka. So many times, song even didn't started, Jukka's gesticulation makes goosebumbs.
That's exactly what I ment.. Kai is really phenomenal drummer but I miss Jukka's show :)
