The canvas looks gorgeous and I’m glad it finally arrived! I will say that your experience with UYDU is not unique though. I’m STILL waiting for 3 replacements canvases from an order I placed in February (!!!) of this year (they sent me canvases with round drills when I ordered them in square) + also waiting on 2 other kits I ordered in August. Customer service is responsive, but always making excuses. I think they changed suppliers recently, which may explain these absurd delays. I will add that I have completed one canvas from UYDU and it’s my favorite so far, which makes these issues even more frustrating. They would be a go-to company for me if they hadn’t messed up so badly with resolving these issues. Now I doubt I will ever order from them again. I look forward to seeing your progress on this one in the future!
Sad that this company has so many many complaints and problems...it's always nice to support a small business but the way they treat their customers is just straight up a no no...glad you got yours finally.💖
Hi Jennifer! It was very bizarre. I honestly felt like they kept forgetting about my order. Or pushing it off. It honestly felt like if I didn’t reach out and say, refund me, I’d still be waiting. 🤷🏻♀️
I’ve had the exact same experience with my first order from them. Order first week of august 2022 just received January 2023. I ordered 3 Josephine walls. I am very pleased with the first one, started it immediately. I did order mine with all crystal drills which I hope is going to turn out beautifully.
Hi! Thanks for watching. It seems to be the going theme with this company. I was talking to a couple other creators that ordered from them, and they told me their canvas style canvas was not soft or had scalloped edges and poked holes. So I am very confident she sent me the wrong style of canvas. The soft lint. Which I have heard is not good. So I’m pretty upset about that. I paid more money for this canvas than I did for 3 DAC canvases! And it’s not even what I ordered. I’m scared to put any time or energy into it just to be disappointed. 😣 but I will give it a shot one day. My friend had a full crystal from them. She said it’s beautiful. She thinks it will need to be sealed because the crystals don’t stick too well. But she’s not quite sure why because the canvas is sticky. So just fyi that is what I’ve heard about the full canvas.
@@kimbaskrafts I am noticing if I lay my hand down too heavy or move roughly on finished pieces it is easier to pull up the crystals. So I think I will probably seal them.
I'm glad you finally got yours... I'm still waiting for my replacement canvas. 12 months and counting. It was 120x90cm and max colours, both of which they've since discontinued since changing suppliers. I shouldn't have to keep chasing them, so definitely think they've gotten about me.
Oh my. 12 months??? I think it may be refund time? 😱

I love Josephine Wall’s Art. I finished my second one on October 21. It was huge and took me almost 4 months to complete. Mine was also from Uniquely Yours Downunder but it was double-sided adhesive. There were a few easily fixable rivers and the piece came out beautifully. Am now working on a poured glue canvas from Uniquely Yours Downunder and it is a joy to work on. I love confetti and actually prefer it to color blocking. Anyway, enjoy the process. They sometimes take awhile but are beautiful when framed and hung.
5 months is a long time. Lately I been seeing some negative reviews but everyone has different experiences. Sounds like a hit and miss with experiences. I always check the darker 💎 first. When I first started diamond painting Evermoment was the first company I had all great drills from. I've always liked their quality. Anyway I think you should fill in the creepy guy first. 😂😂😂

I tend to hear mixed reviews as well. I don’t plan to purchase from them again. Even if I really enjoy the canvas. Just too much money for the service in my opinion. 🥴

That's a pretty strange ordering experience, but I am glad you have her now, safe and sound. She is going to be gorgeous! I don't have a Josephine Wall yet, but I have my eye on one from another company and am hoping to get it next month.

My experience with uydu hasn’t been the best. Horrible drills-had to replace the black drills with my stash drills. Your canvas looks better than mine was. My purchases were from 2021. It’s a beautiful image. Looking forward to seeing it completed.
Hi Jess! It was not a good experience. But the canvas is at least very beautiful! I don’t think I’ll ever buy from them again regardless. For $121 and all the trouble. I’d rather buy from DPD. 🤷🏻♀️
Beautiful canvas ❤ I’m so impatient that I would have went to the extreme of getting my money back and send me the painting 😂😂😂. Had an issue with Peggy buy. Ordered 1st week of June. Gave it time for delivery as a bday gift for my sister in nov. we’ll nov came and went. I messaged them just before December they only offered me the shipping as a refund. So I’m like ok for Xmas well it was a week late for Xmas but it got here. I’m loyal to DAC and that’s where I only get my canvas’ and a few snack size ones from Amazon to do up at my cabin. Love your channel 🌹 plz no more time lapse WIP n chats. You have a soothing voice. I’d rather listen to you talk about things.

It’s a really gorgeous and intricate painting. I hope it works out well, but it seems like DPDU should have been in touch with you rather than you having to contact them.
I'm in the same boat. I ordered 4 JWall paintings a while ago, but just got the email that it's being packed up now. I have hope that I'll get mine soon, since you now have yours. I ordered the MaxColour ones, so I'm anxious to see what that looks like. I've messaged Jenny a few times on FB and she always responds within 24 hours. She also does the live shows so you can ask questions. I think they are just extremely overwhelmed right now. Love your channel BTW!
Wow! You must have been waiting a really long time for your JWall canvases because didn’t they stop offering max colors option quite a while ago? It’s frustrating because they have a truly amazing selection of artwork and the one canvas from them I have completed so far is magnificent! This company has so much potential which is why I hope they can get caught up and fix their supplier issues soon.

I didn’t know they offered max color canvases anymore. Let me know how it is when you receive it! Maybe they resumed after “The Obe With The Diamond Art” started offering them? I honestly have not been on their site to look at purchasing anything since I bought mine. The only time I went on their site is to look at my account. I doubt I will buy from them again. The cost is extremely high for the service.

Hey! I saw this because I was looking at this company's quality on UA-cam and I saw that they do not exist anymore! I wonder if this type of thing is the reason why, or very poor quality with customer service and products. It seems like a few well known diamond painting companies are disappearing on us. So sad.
Hi JacJac! Yeah…I knew I would never order from them again after the fiasco of this canvas. Glad I didn’t! Feel bad for everyone who lost money. SMH. It’s a real shame.
I have watched enough videos of people who have had problems with this company to steer clear of them. I think its just a bad business model. Providing all of those options can make the ordering process confusing and allows more opportunities to fill the orders wrong, and they seem to get it wrong a lot. Drop shipping from China also prevents them from doing any quality control on the products their customers receive. Your canvas does look pretty, though. I hope it works up nicely.
This company does not honor their customers purchases. 10 months. Won’t even respond to emails. Everyone would be best to avoid this site. Wayyyy too many complaints!
