yes, I just never think of using it for anything else together than coleslaw and salads... but now since I need some shortcuts I may use a lot more! Thanks for ideas
The hardest things that I've had to learn to deal with in the past two years are that (1) I simply can NOT stand and walk like I did which means that I can NOT clean like I used to and that my standards of a clean house are shot to heck and (2) my food preservation and ways of cooking have had to change...i have to sit in a chair to do much of my work and a lot of thing I simply can no longer do at all. Like you said, it is what it is.
yes Sadly that's what it is coming too. Until they figure out what the heck is wrong...I just getting worse and worse. Couldn't even straighten my fingers today... took an hour before I could move them.. Really puts a damper on my kitchen plans daily... 🥲

I use that coleslaw mix in so many ways....stir fry, in soups, in salad, as coleslaw, and even to ferment as a form of kraut.
