As yet the EPA has no idea how much PFAS in your water is "acceptable". The city of Wausau city council, knowing nothing and not even bothering to become educated on the subject have decided to build a filter that will service the town. They have not bothered doing any studies whatsoever or even inviting a hydrologist to speak. One of the "proactive" measures they have taken is to order filter pitchers for whomever that wants them. Another is to announce they will provide a case of water a day to any who wants one. Promptly running out of bottled water by 3pm the day they started. The bottled water brand they chose is filtered with a reverse osmosis filter taking out 99.9 of everything. Since water is so absorbent it will leach the plastic from the bottles, most likely people will be getting more PFAS in them than what they currently are getting from the tap. No one wants anything but water when they turn on the tap. It would help if those in charge of insuring our water is safe should at least understand something about PFAS.
Glad to know our government regulators have no problem with corporations dropping the ball. #EastPalestine and all the other trainwrecks are great examples too. Wonder why everyone is in such a bad mood these days... if only a rich billionaire would come onto a random TV show and gaslight my reality!

Can't stand listening to someone in an echo chamber
Please elaborate?
@@nannan3347 He is basically saying he’s irritated with the echo in the background. Didn’t bother me enough to write about it 😂
@@thetruth6077 Haha, when I watched this I had the volume off and read the closed captions. The "echo chamber" statement makes a lot more sense now. 😂
