The cigarette lighter is not designed for high currents and there was definitely a reason for the “wireless” when you bought it. But you're right, a dead battery is a dead battery. only way to fix properly, is to dissemble and change the dud cell, its usually one. I have done this twice. MUST be careful to avoid adjacent contacts. Snip the old cell out, after using a volt meter to locate and solder in a new one. e.g. remove and use a Lidl cell.

Там явно один или несколько элементов сдохли, поэтому саморазряжается что потом контроллер не дает заряжать! Так что это временный эффект 😢
