I am loving these recent forays beyond Australia and New Zealand. In searching the globe for great examples of modern architecture, African countries are often overlooked. There is some amazing architecture in South Africa, Nigeria, and Ghana, produced by David Adjaye, Mokena Makeka, Sumayya Vally and others.
I agree. I stopped watchinf the channel becuase it got boring and all the projects basically looked the same with the same ideas behind them all from the different firms.

Beautifully designed home. I love the look of the outside of the home with the dark vertical wood slats. The use of large windows to bring in light is wonderful and creates a wonderful ambience within the home as well as providing an opportunity to view the green spaces outside the home. Very lovely!

Beautiful space. But properties like this are why Venice natives can no longer afford to live in their hometown. My family has been in Venice since the 1970s and now faces eviction because this once humble beach town has been taken over by people who view it not as a home but as a piece of profitable land where those who built its culture are no longer valued and can't keep up. Can architectural creativity be applied to preserving some of the historic beach homes and supporting the local culture and demographic rather than upending everything this town is about? Everyone wants a piece of Venice. Leave some for those of us who have been here since before the tech boom.
Nice house but the video editing was not on point. Choice of shots didn't line up with the narration properly. Made it distracting and hard to watch compared to other videos on this channel
