I love everything vintage so I clicked on the video before this one. This is the second video I’m seeing and as soon as I saw your beautiful dogs I clicked subscribe. Can’t wait to see how you transform this gorgeous house. And looking forward to see more of your adorable babies with paws. 🐾🤎

    Happy New Year!🍾🥂
Natalie, your new home is so beautiful. I love the ideas you are creating. Your mom and dad's kitchen renovation and home tells a lot of where you get your design and style from. Looking forward to seeing more of your new home projects.

I like the vision you have for your home! I have one suggestion to live with the green tile and wood mantle for a while before making changes. Especially the tile. It’s original and really beautiful. There are a few things I thought I hated in my 1860 home when I bought it but didn’t change right away and actually grew on me. If you do remove, though, I recommend carefully removing. Someone would certainly want to pay you for and reuse it.

@@krista-simon all great suggestions! We won’t be changing the fireplace for a while so I’ll definitely think on it 💕

Another lovely video Natalie. I love your idea of painting your living spaces pink 👍 In the house and garden magazine in the uk Daisy sims hilldirch used pink ground from farrow and ball. I know you were asking about wallpapers she used Soanes seaweed lace in green looks fabulous if you Google it, it might come up. Emma burns used a Hamilton and Weston wallpaper at a flat in Wimbledon looks wonderful👍❤️❤️

Love what you have done so far! Just a warning about the rug: in my experience, dark rugs or floors show EVERYTHING, especially pets hair.

Have you considered Dead Salmon by Farrow and Ball for the first room? I think the ceiling thing is called a ceiling medallion. Athena Calderone has a Raffine couch with Crate and Barrel or CB2 in a wine colour that might work in there too.

The couch you’re looking at buying looks a little low to the ground for what high ceilings you have- maybe think of adding taller legs.

@@haruhianderson4019 I’ve seen it shown in a historic home with tall ceilings and it looks amazing so I think it should be fine!
