If you have high blood pressure and are supposed to reduce salt, what do you do about having POTS and suppose to add salt?
I’d look into something called the DASH diet. A diet that can lower blood pressure without restricting salt ;) you’ve got this!

You would be constantly spiking your blood sugar, if you are eating lots of small meals. I eat 2 smaller meals a day, and maybe 1 snack.
