    Is oil personal or real property? I think is real. But once is out or sell ( mineral rights) becomes personal? If the question is just like that real or personal? Please. Thank you!

      Good question. Oil in the ground would fall under real property because it's in the Earth.

    Can a general contractor license B make the termite repairs?

      No 👎🏼 He needs to be licensed with the California structural pest control board. Branch 3 lic. Or the owner of the company which holds an operators license.

      Nope. Best to get a LICENSED exterminator for Termites...otherwise the bond/warranty are worthless. Yeah, you could sue the contractor but it's up to the homeowner to pay the piper.

    Termite inspections do not include mold.
