It’s a teleport cancel. Akuma can cancel any part of his teleport animation into U2. So it looks like: ↘️⬇️↘️+MK xx ➡️↗️+PPP ⬆️+KKK The ↗️ in the teleport counts as an up input, then you cancel out of the earliest active frame of teleport with U2
