The whole thing I thought was manufactured to sell tickets or make a fight, but they have a real history with apparently real issues! This fight will be insane! I am frothing at the mouth I am so excited for it! I feel bad for Lambert for trying to be a coach in between all of this and the people in the gym. I guess when it comes down to it, it really is an individual sport. So they have to watch out for their interests at the end of the day.

Masvidal can grapple. He grappled against Ben Askren. Masvidal also held his own against Nate Diaz. Even though Covington is a decorated wrestler, I do think Masvidal can survive Covington if Covington did get his hands on Masvidal.

This was what I thought until Porier also threw shade on Colby in the post fight interview, right after an emotional loss to Khabib.
Colby seemed to say nothing but good things about Jorge for a long time. Idk what happened between them or who threw first shot at this point but it seems real to me as well. Jorge and Colby have hundreds of hours of sparring and rolling together so the 2 of them likely know who will come out the winner already. I think Colby beats Masvidal probably 3 out of 4 times. I don't see beyond a Darren Till or Askren type KO anyway Jorge wins. Colbys stand up is a lot better than everyone thought and he will wrestle-F%@k Jorge to death same as Usman would. Just my opinion obviously.

Even if you ignore the belt, even tho it is always and absolutely be on the line in any fight a champ competes in the division in which he stands at the top of (unless it’s a super late fighter change) but just focusing on the notion of really good fights, fun fights, fights everyone wants to see... just take the 3 fighters Usman, Covington and Masvidal and finish the round robbin that has already been started because we already got one down, only 2 more to go really answer this 3man at the top situation. Usman v Covington was a great fight. Give us either Covington vs Masvidal and then winner fights Usman, and loser fights Nate Diaz/Conor McGregor, or Give us Masvidal vs Usman and the winner fight Covington and the loser fights either Diaz/McGregor. Either way, we complete the round robbin tournament, potentially get rematches thrown in, and interject 2 massive stars, Nate Diaz and Conor McGregor into the mix. It’s where the money is and simultaneous where the most interest into the sport that they could draw

Colby Covington is who I got on that fight because I know a winner when I see one. Colby Covington is a winner inside and outside the octagon. I dont get caught up in antics as a fan of the fighters. I'm studying life how all things are related and as it would turn out. A beautiful teaching tool exists watching UFC and the interaction of fighters to eachother and how it all correlates to business. I find that watching UFC and seeing similarities between business and fighters and human psychology and physiology and how they market business and such is so cool. Fuck man I love watching Covington fight. He is from Oregon to and always brings it by I think he is also smart and understands business and how it all Mariots together to work best for him and for those fans of marketing business and fighters to observe
