When I’m manic I dye my hair all sorts of colours, go for walks, spend all my money, it’s just generally an awful time when it comes to fixing the damage I caused when I’m manic. Thanks for making this video it’s nice to know I’m not alone x
My dad also has bipolar with regular manic episodes...we give him medicine too then manic episodes become less frequent to non existent....more strength to you Barbie!
