I love how honest you are. I’ve been in the same shoes as you with the weight and it really takes an emotional toll on you as well. Even though you lose all that weight, there’s still more that you always feel like you can lose. We have to remember to be kind to ourselves and remember how far we’ve come on the weight loss journey. It’s also awesome to fit into smaller clothes when you notice that change.

I also got to 200 and had a wakeup call, but I couldn't find the motivation until 210. Only made minor changes over the last 6 months but it's still gotten me down to 190! It's really exciting, I have more changes I need to make but it's so encouraging to see progress already

I am too a big girl it’s been on and off up till last year I was diabetic type 2 but not anymore but have to watch out for my A1C levels I was 225 pounds but I’m still trying to get to a goal I have however from last September lost over 30 pounds and still a long way to go. With depression and anxiety having surgery for partial hysterectomy and being born with a learning disability and heart condition it’s been a lot for me. As long as you’re happy and healthy that’s what matters. Thank you for always being upbeat and bubbly, I really enjoy your channel. 💜
