If I put negative 1 as cancel sales, the pivot table picked up as positive 1 instead of negative 1. Therefore the total sales is increased by 2 instead of reduced by 1, i.e: became 20 instead of 18. How do I fix that?

Really I find it easy just create a table then insert a Recommended Pivot Tables and accept any suggested one then just play with it until you get what you want. Easy.

At about 48 minutes in this tutorial, so far a great learning video. There was a question on why you have the managers with the highest sales on top, or in descending order, but your bar chart has the manager with the highest sales on the bottom. I believe this is because the chart came from the data table and graphs the data starting with the first data set, manager with greatest sales and the value of sales, therefore highest sale manager is on the bottom.
I'm following the video. When I created the pivot table showing manager and sales, at 17:39, by default, my pivot table came out with manager in alphabetical order. Why is yours in a different order? What order was set? All of mine were in a different order. Thank you so much for the amazing instruction; your videos are THE BEST!! Thank you in advance for answering.
