We've combined some of our very best Excel PivotTables tutorials in this training video to take you from beginner to expert in under 4 hours! We've split this tutorial into 4 comprehensive topics to make sure we got you covered.
We start off with the basics with Getting to Grips with Pivot Tables in Excel, where we teach you what PivotTables are and why they are useful. We'll go over understanding data and Excel tables before creating your very first Pivot Table. We'll show you how to analyze data using a Pivot Table and some basic formatting, including creating a Pivot Chart.
We then move on to Advanced PivotTables in Excel, where we give you a quick PivotTables recap and look at formatting values, sorting and filtering pivot data, and summarizing values. We'll then teach you more about working with Pivot Charts, slicers, and calculated fields.
Next, we introduce you to Using the Data Model to Create a Pivot Table, where we look at what a data model is and provide an example of a basic PivotTable report. We'll teach you how to get and transform data from a folder, work with the Power Query editor, create relationships between tables, create a consolidated Pivot Table, and more.
Finally, we discuss Charts and Dashboards in Excel, where we teach you how to build dashboards using PivotTables and Pivot Charts. Learn how to create a beautiful-looking dashboard with some top Excel design tips, add interactive elements like slicers, make your Pivot Charts and graphs display exactly what you want using filters, and link your graphs and charts to a single slicer.

Thank you for the video Simon. How to make unit sold in negative number in pivot table? In the value field setting, summarize value field by used ‘count’. If I put negative 1 as cancel sales, the pivot table picked up as positive 1 instead of negative 1. Therefore the total sales is increased by 2 instead of reduced by 1, i.e: became 20 instead of 18. How do I fix that?

Really I find it easy just create a table then insert a Recommended Pivot Tables and accept any suggested one then just play with it until you get what you want. Easy.
