Remove the bubble /foam and add (400grams of white sugar) Remain low heat until everything melt and gently stir it to avoid it to burn. Add in the (right amount of Rum) for your liking. Slow cook until it has the stretchy texture. Pour and filter it with a sieve into a container. Remove the foam if there's any to make it crystal clear. Add in edible color with a toothpick and leave it to chill. Once it becomes jelly texture, you can cut and shape it and leave it at a dry area for another 4-7 days. And you are done.
