@@kunwarprateeksingh3403 most of the people won't go for extreme off roading, may be 10% of the customers will do off roading, yes toyota fortuner has the best engine in the class but for normal usage gloster is way better than fortuner..

For those who planing for fortuner can go for Jeep as it can save 23-25lac with sunroof also you can use save money in service cost.

Both the cars are good in their forte. The Meridian merges the qualities of being rugged, at the same time a comfortable SUV beautifully. The only question that remains is the price. On the other hand, Skoda Kodiaq looks more premium with exterior tweaks, has an impressive quality all around the cabin, is loaded with premium features, and has impressive boot space with 3rd row down. bro i have driven the meridian mt and at and vw tiguan which has the same engine as kodiaq.
the meridian's at is a bit sluggish but the tiguan has good gearbox.The jeep meridian manual was
very nice and engaging.

In comparison to gloster and fortuner how would u rate its off roading capabilities
Almost finalized Innova Z Diesel AT. Can you suggest between Meridian and Innova Crysta? My running would be ~10k-12k KMS per year and the budget is maxed 30 Lakhs. I am keeping the resale value of Toyota cars in mind as there may be a 7-seater EV coming-in in the next 4-5 years..
If you are going to keep the car for at least 5 years and not worried about ki bhai 5 saal baad kitna milega bechne par. The answer is Jeep Meridian because the product is tough, engineered well, and loaded to the gills with features and tech. My experience says If u buy a good product for yourself and enjoy using it, then you will see that your usage of 10-12k km will turn into 20-25k km per year very easily. Buy a Top-spec Jeep Meridian AT 4x4 and believe me you will not regret your decision.
Jeep Meridian's interior quality is right up there with the best in the segment and in terms of features it is well specced out. But, despite being a large car it isn’t the most spacious and generally the cabin lacks a big SUV feel that you expect at this price point. On the other hand, The Innova Crysta’s time-tested reliability, longevity and Toyota’s aftersales support are its trump cards against the Meridian. Being a rear-wheel-drive car, it also offers benefits if you expect a lot of uphill driving, especially with people on board. The Innova Crysta is still an excellent buy for the whole family.
