Therefore, either the fourth user's quirk wasn't decay OR All might didn't cross out his quirk (we still wouldn't know the info either way) OR it wouldn't be brought out by the desire to kill someone. No matter what, there is a factor that we still don't know, since why didn't the quirks manifest for All might? So i think at least one part of your theory is incorrect, mainly due to a lack of information about the fourth user.

I would agree. Like, OFA still isn't fully developed, so you would want Deku to have done that first. But not fighting Shigaraki now could mean the death of everything Deku cares about. There isn't another option.

when midoriya is holding shigaraki back in minute 3:45 it reminds me of when his whole family tried to hold him back before awakening his quirk and destroying an entire town. Also about Midoriya killing someone, in one of the chapters when Bakugo mentions how similar AFO & OFA are, Midoriya looks at his arm with half of his face in the shadows. I think that foreshadows that Midoriya might actually have those killing desires after all. However, we'll see about that in next chapters and I can't wait x3

I don't want it to be decay. Why you ask?, well that's Tomuras thing and it completely don't suit for Deku. That would be pretty dramatic if he could have decay too but it also didn't have any sense. And I guess this quirk couldn't be as dangerous as decay becous in past quirks where weaker that in present days so mayby that 4 user quirk is just hard to control after being powered up by OfA and that's why All Might don't want Izuku to learn about it too soon?

I have a theory that inko midoriya will die from a heart attack when knowing whats happening with deku and all and it will trigger a line of events including mr. Midoriya coming back and deku going wild Edit: inko mightve died because of gigantomachia
We know that Gigantomachia will get to the battlefield soon and Shigaraki is getting his ass kicked, so my theory is that once that Gigantomachia get to Shigaraki, he will take him far away. There's no winners, the villains escape, the heroes have lost the trust of the public, the class 1A got PTSD for being unable to stop Gigantomachia and feeling responsible for the cities that he destroy, Deku will have to suffer the side effect of breaking his arms again, Shigaraki will learn how to get used to his body that is at 75%, Aizawa has lost a leg and his pretty injured.
This is a good prediction, though I think we will have a more definitive cliffhanger (e.g a death or the dabi reveal) before the villains leave the battlefield. Hell, maybe they head straight for tartarus prison to break afo out

Where do you find all of these color panels?? Also about Deku's arms, I feel like one of the quirks he might unlock is going to be some kind of cell regeneration quirk or something. I believe one day he's going top "irreversibly break his arms" but later on be able to heal them. Although he probably won't heal them all the way since we've heard him talk about how the scars remind him how far he has come.
Reminds of how Genos lost to Carnage Kabuto, he too got an Afro after. This war might end with Deku exploiting Shigaraki’s incomplete body, which forces him to retreat with Gigantomachias help.

Something I really want to know more about is how all for one can give people quirks. It's basically been confirmed that All for one didn't take his brother's quirk, so how did he give them to people? Are the two brothers actually just the result of someone with multiple personality disorder? If their personalities were polar opposites, then maybe each had their own quirk, the exact opposite of the other. This just been floating around in my mind for a while. Thought i'd share it.
The 3rd to last page shows Shigi’s left arm dangling off of him. We know the black lines by his arm is not block whip, since black whip is holding him from the waist, meaning his arm is indeed dangling like woody from toy story 2
It would be interesting to see if midoriya gets his hands on shigaraki and out of anger starts to use decay on shigaraki or shigaraki gets his hands on midoriya and he reverses decay on shigaraki.
There are no winners in this war. The Heroes lost tons of lives and have thousands of casualties, as we’ll as the public trust. While the Villains lost there HQ, there one man army (Twice) and Shigaraki came out of his pod too early.
I don't want any of my boys to die so there's some hope in me for that too but I'm doubtful because then some people might feel it was a week unfinished cheap ending. I wouldn't feel that way if Horikoshi does a good about it but others might no matter what.
when shigaraki steals one for all, all quirks will go beserk, including the decay. With that, Shigaraki would effectively kill himself out of uncontrollable quirks
I don't remember correctly but some chapters earlier we saw Iida and Uraraka when they saw the message to evacuate the city or something,idk why i have this feeling that after rescuing the citizens they are going to get involved in the fight and something bad is going to happen....

I get that the decay quirk wouldn't come out unless deku wanted to use it but could allmight be confident of that considering he knew nothing about the vestiges or the extra quirks. With the black whip quirk, they had only had 1 example to base it off of. So it would still be in all mights best interest to tell deku.
It makes me kinda sad that Bakugo is finally making introspection, at the cost of thinking that, yeah Midoriya it's getting hella strong, but also, that he is the only one who can stop Shiggy, so he might get hurt. Its like, I'm finally looking inside myself to see my mistakes and arrogance, but at the same time, I'm more concerned than ever for you. Even more because he knows how selfless Deku is; he almost never worries about himself and the ending of this chapter proves it.
Actually, it's implied that Deku had been training with Float for all this time. Even All Might states he doesn't want more quirks to appear out of the blue for Deku, that's why he was training with Uraraka. Also about Deku's arms, I feel like one of the quirks he might unlock is going to be some kind of cell regeneration quirk or something. I believe one day he's going top "irreversibly break his arms" but later on be able to heal them. Although he probably won't heal them all the way since we've heard him talk about how the scars remind him how far he has come.

Because a few chapters ago when shigaraki was facing his own trauma backstory, I was thought about it and it kinda felt like he was on the Astral plane . Something I really want to know more about is how all for one can give people quirks. It's basically been confirmed that All for one didn't take his brother's quirk, so how did he give them to people? Are the two brothers actually just the result of someone with multiple personality disorder? If their personalities were polar opposites, then maybe each had their own quirk, the exact opposite of the other. This just been floating around in my mind for a while. Thought i'd share it.

The 3rd to last page shows Shigi’s left arm dangling off of him. We know the black lines by his arm is not block whip, since black whip is holding him from the waist, meaning his arm is indeed dangling like woody from toy story 2

There are no winners in this war. The Heroes lost tons of lives and have thousands of casualties, as we’ll as the public trust. While the Villains lost there HQ, there one man army (Twice) and Shigaraki came out of his pod too early.
I don't want any of my boys to die so there's some hope in me for that too but I'm doubtful because then some people might feel it was a week unfinished cheap ending. I wouldn't feel that way if Horikoshi does a good about it but others might no matter what.
when shigaraki steals one for all, all quirks will go beserk, including the decay. With that, Shigaraki would effectively kill himself out of uncontrollable quirks
if he cannot even handle his all for one quirk after all that surgery, how will one for all affect him

I don't believe shigaraki can regenerate while sleeping, since eraser's quirk only makes the quirk inacessible to the user and don't nullifies it, is right to afirm is the same that an unconcious person can't use the quirk regeneration that was affected by Aizawa...

I get that the decay quirk wouldn't come out unless deku wanted to use it but could allmight be confident of that considering he knew nothing about the vestiges or the extra quirks. With the black whip quirk, they had only had 1 example to base it off of. So it would still be in all mights best interest to tell deku.

It makes me kinda sad that Bakugo is finally making introspection, at the cost of thinking that, yeah Midoriya it's getting hella strong, but also, that he is the only one who can stop Shiggy, so he might get hurt. Actually, it's implied that Deku had been training with Float for all this time. Even All Might states he doesn't want more quirks to appear out of the blue for Deku, that's why he was training with Uraraka.
I mean, you could be right, maybe a new quirk will appear because of Deku's emotions, like Black Whip. But I just wanted to point that out.

What about Neito Monoma from 1B? Here me out, if nobody else has the same capabilities as blackwhip then get Monoma to use his copycat quirk and use it copy blackwhip while they think of a plan. He could work with Ochaco because she could make him float then Monoma copies blackwhip and uses it to suspend Shigiraki in the air while Midoriya thinks of a plan or does his own thing.
