Jonna is my favorite singer, the first time I heard hear I thought she's got a unique almost mesmerizing soothing voice. She takes you into a place where you could easily get lost. Your right the way she blends and layers her voice is incredibly ambient and so spacious. On her song, Song of Sweden, it sounds like her voice is traveling out into the stars going on forever. What beautiful singing, what a talented creative person, I have great respect for her! She takes us to a better place!

Great choice of music and video to react to, Bob! I discovered Jonna Jinton in December of last year and I was sold immediately. The pure, mystical, spiritual, soothing, and angelical vibe one gets from her music and the way she sings is just otherworldly fantastic. Like some commenters already mentioned, her channel is about more than music alone, it's really more of a lifestyle that she presents over there and what a lifestyle it is! Truly beautiful. Back in the days they kept the cattle in the forest in summertime, where the women - mostly - herded them. That´s where this kind of music developed - in the solitude, away from the village. If you want to hear a more crude version of the style I very much recommend Miranda Samuelsson, a very talented and quite unfamous young Swedish folk singer.

The Js in swedish are pronounced exactly like an english y ☺ yoh-nah yin-ton is the way I'd write how her name is pronounced.

Yeah, I should have known that. For some reason I said H, but I really meant Y. I failed! LOL :)

Here is another beautiful song from Jonna, it is also a lullaby but with a bit more tempo in it. ua-cam.com/video/KTmatjyd4KM/v-deo.html

Hi Jeanette. I've bookmarked it. I'll make sure to react to it in the near future. Thanks so much.

The j sounds like y, the y is hard like when used in "yes". Should sound like Yo-nah Yin-tun...

You should be a voice actor my friend. You could easily be a Krogan or a Turian in a Mass Effect game for example 😊. This is a compliment btw, those games are awesome.

LOL. I don't have a clue as to what those are...are they similar to pong? LOL I think that was the last time I played a game. Actually, now that I'm thinking about it, there was an old game called Commander Cody (Coty?). I actually enjoyed that. I would play it on my computer at work. I'm sure that's waaay before your time though. Anyway, I appreciate that. If you have any connections, let me know. HA. Thanks for listening!
