Hello and thank you. I definitely feel confident buying from Fashionphile. They also will buy the items back, of course you'll lose money but at least you know it can be done. Not sure if they take everything but a good majority depending on the brand and demand. Even if you are not reserving an item, you can call to have a personal shopper pull the item and send you more photos and videos. They are great about that. 😊

This is a really nice bag. I saw it in person and I didn’t notice any flaws. The Alma BB usually does not have an adjustable strap. Enjoy this cutie!

That’s a pretty bag. I love the leather and the hardware is so bright and shiny.
I bought a Chloe from FP last month. The price was excellent but it had a small black mark on the bottom, pea size. Like you said it’s hard to tell from the photos and you kinda have to see it in person. Otherwise the bag was perfect. Like you, I won’t do corner wear. Anyway, I took a baby wipe and it literally came off with one swipe. I don’t know why FP wouldn’t have tried that.

Thank You! I used it several times. I love it. The white mark came off immediately with my saliva ( not to sound gross). The personal shopper said it was a scuff. It was not a scuff. I don’t know why they don’t attempt to remove something. It may have been sold faster if that mark was not there. I’m glad I was the one that grabbed it. TFW🙏🏼😊

I definitely would not use an eraser. That would remove surface which is what you’re already dealing with. I would ignore the little nicks, personally. Or they could be colored.

Great bag Cami! I’ll bet you can get that little scuff out. I return stuff all the time. I can’t see paying good money to keep something that you aren’t thrilled with. There are some tiny,minor flaws I can live with and then there are more noticeable ones, that my eye will go to every time, and it will drive me crazy. Those have to go back because then I’ll just have neg vibes about that bag if I keep it.
