Hopefully thredup gives you a refund or maybe send you another LV. Mold is unacceptable. I also had a bag from thredup that had mold in it. Can’t wait to hear the update.

You just have to keep checking back and refreshing the rescues page. I was lucky enough to be on the site when they restocked this box. I believe it’s only been available 2-3 times in 6 months.
Those shoes were incredible. This box was no where near your first box though, and that speedy is ridiculous!! And the fact it’s been a week is infuriating, especially considering how much you’ve spent t with them. And this video was very tastefully and professionally handled with such a delicate sensitive concern.
I love the shoes too! I was definitely in my feels last week after opening the $450 designer than this box right after! I will be following up again tomorrow.
The Murakami flats are beautiful Lindsey! Great items overall with the exception of the bag with the white residue. I hope TU does good on that one. Thank you so much for sharing!
Try running a bar of soap over that rough running zipper, and it should slide much better... Love the shoes! And super bummer re mold. Hope they make it right for you, Lindsey!
First, if it is mold, and not baking soda, then that is incredibly unacceptable for an expensive designer box! It’s unacceptable for the less expensive purse boxes. If it is mold, it should be disclosed as a hazmat designer diy, and let people knowingly buy it and clean it. It’s awful what they did! It’s also awful what ThredUP sent to Happy Hour Haulers. Despicable, actually.
