I found some of this ones last year at a flee market _(hopefully it is the right englisch word)_ and created a desert faction for my son using the swords of the orcs, the turban (like the purple one from prof. squirrel - harry potter) and some dark tan oval shields and the black roman scutum shields. He really likes them and until today we build some mostly tan houses with a tan/dark city wall and white tents for them as they are mostly like beduins.
True, aside from Star Wars which do a great job with the battle packs, some army build for Ninjago can be pretty great, for serpentine, and for other armies
Lego SHOULD make medieval battlepacks. I love the small tower and peasant pack you made. Lego can do so many different ones that they could make like 2 a year so people could collect them an combined can really make a castle come to life... Massons building a wall, woodcutters making construction material, a medieval carnaval with juglers and magician, or a pelgrimmage or travelling merchants. Knights comming for a joust or tournament from different factions, or hihgway men and a wine merchant or rich family. Endless really and it could really bring it all to life and without battlescenes make castle more playable for children. So Lego if you read this do something with this....
A waffle stand would have been a great build for the civilians considering, we never got one, they were fairly common and have never been done in lego as well as perfectly fitting into the price point
Those are really cool, but the Red Falcon one looks to have a few more pieces than Lego would actually use for their battle packs. You should make some builds in the style of those $40 range castle sets, that'd be really cool.
If the crowned dragon knights' battle pack was a thing, the wagon would have been smaller. A wagon in its current size would have been an official set.
You should feature a collection of "creative Castle armies" where non-castle torsos are used as seed pieces. It need only be 1 or 2 figures per army, but could inspire faction creation. I feel the Purple Snakes are a great example of this.
What I would’ve loved is if you made the Red Falcon’s castle with clips and the connectors (I hope you know what I’m talking about) and then you can buy a lot and connect all the walls together and made a large castle
I gotta give making custom battle packs a try - looks really fun! Also - I'm very jealous of your Red Falcons ... I definitely would've snagged some of those if I was more active in the Lego community at the time. I would army build the crap out of Lego peasant battle packs!
This was FANTASTIC man!, the two lower ranked violet snakes look fantastic, I the the tax collector torso COULD work for their leader, not the hard torso kinda clash’s imo, though the build and idea is amazing!. Red falcon build was definitely the highlight though!, really simple but really well designed ( maybe a big big for a regular battlepacks, maybe a super one?. The Peasent one is also fantastic, and I actually think it’s the most realistic!. Have a great day man and fantastic work! 😄

I hope lego rereleases the red falcons or at least another falcons colur ( very useful in my cannon) Ps. If u include them in another moc(i hope u do they are so underrated )i recommend using the grey viking torso with dark red arms and, black or dark red hoods, kind of like what you do with your raven crossbowmen
as always an amazing video, love the recent trend that you kinda "remake" your older videos, i liked the meranery battle pack the most and when i was younger i reeeeeally was into ninjago and have a ton of those guys in my collection, and after seeing that video i feel like im gonna sort them and make them a proper faction, honestly they turned out amazing!!
i like these builds but some of them feel more like small sets rather than battlepacks. Great builds though and i love the new factions! i might have to take a look at the build a minifigure and find some red falcons
Okay here is an Idea: Battle packs for the 4 fantasy era factions, knights, skeletons, trolls and dwarves. I know they technically had them, but i mean ones in the more traditional battle pack style. In general id like to see some battlepacks for non-human, or non traditional knight factions like the fantasy era ones, elves, corsairs, vikings and so on :)

Lovely minifigs, and builds (I am not sure how stable the tower for the red falcons is though). Hate that cross guy in the red falcons, it feels misplaced xD. I would really want LEGO to bring out Battlepacks, but I would prefer them to have smaller builds and cost $10 (like the niinjago battlepack) and I would really like them to have one horse or 2 smaller animals (like goats and sheep). Maybe with animals and buld it could be $20?

2:47 The biggest disapointment flag should be white on the top and red at the botton. That would make polish flag that accually fits perfect for birds on the back of knights that looks like Polish eagle
FYI pumpkins are native to the Americas and were introduced in Europe only around ~16th century. I always wonder why pumpkins are so often depicted in medieval times...
The serpents barbaric look next to their leader nobility look like the hyenas next to scar. Maybe theres more similarities...they deserve a cave/snake creature of their own
my most favorite is the peasants because I always wanted to make more of a medieval town than knight army also for a different battle pack you could have also made some fisher man and traveling merchants but that's just a idea

So i understand that Lego now only gives us big, pricey castle sets, because they sell well, so no regular sets on the horizon imo, but a battle pack is sth that would be bought a lot as well so maybe lego will consider making one? Great ideas! I wish Lego would follow that road, but i don't believe so. Castle is mostly for us grown-ups, the youth will go for Ninjago, Marvel or Star Wars. Btw, where's the miner's torso from? Is that one of these older super expensive prints or did i just overlook this one yet? I love peasents and have a growing collection of townsfolk myself. Several Harry Potter characters with simple head and hands swop amongst those. Like Molly Weasley.

The idea of warriors made out of Anacondrai villains from Ninjago is a pretty brilliant original idea for a medieval world.

I have done archers that use a dog to carry a shield or a dog to carry arrows. Worked really well. 😊❤

For my custom Castle factions, I've put those similar Ninjago snake people pieces into my barbarians. And yes, my barbarians ride dinos.
