One CON I will say is that the rubber band later created a lot of tension :( especially around my pour edges. I've been natural for almost 3 yrs and was in despair that I would never find a protective style that would work w my hair. Crochet was an option, but synthetic hair eats me alive! Soooo glad I found this video and (hoepfully), a viable option. Thank you!
Kimberly T it doesn’t last very long and it’s damn near impossible to do an invisible knot or part. If you’re okay with styling your leave out, which I do...that’s fine but they’re still going to slip out of the bands and cause awkward bumps in your hair.

If u go to sams beauty they have human crochet hair for 23.99 per pack and triple pack crochet hair BOGO. I have 3 girls and my 2 oldest wear crochet and I can get 10 packs of hair for $25 and do all 3 of our hair because they are triple packs. In the beauty salon triple pack crochet hair is 15 and 20 for 1 and Sam's beauty its 5.99 and with bogo half the price. Just wanted to share this for any women on a budget

I cant wait to do my hair. I bought 3 packs of the pre looped straight hair in 18’, 16’ and a 14’ I was happy because its 30 pieces of hair in a pack so thats good enough for me.

Hey girlfriend, thanks for the video, I normally do synthetic hair, but since invested to human hair chochet. Second day and loving the way the hair feels and look. I’m not going back. Worth the investment. Hopefully they come out with more colors,but for now I’m all good!

Great tutorial! I was wondering, to hide the elastic maybe when you get around the top cut the elastic and put the hair in and knot it! Just a thought 🤷🏽♀️

Sometimes to get good quality human hair you have to pay a little higher price. I think the price is ok. I've had to pay more for the same length. You rock girl don't let negative comments stop you and I guess you know considering the thousands of views you have! :)

Has anyone wore this hair on vacation. I mean an active vaction where you went swimming or/and snorkleing. I kind of know to put the hair in a couple of poney tails to prevent tangle😏☺ ☺ . But how hard is it to wash or keep up afterwards.

Looks good! How did you take out? I'm used to cutting down to the braid and pulling out knots. That's not an option with this if I wanna reuse the hair

Synthetic hair leaves rashes on my neck. This hair gave me hope, it looks gorgeous on you, but that price is crazy :-( I think I'll have to spring for a full lace human hair wigs or something. Thank you for the thorough review though!
Have you tried soaking the hair in vinegar before use?

lichi1244eva I am allergic to the synthetic hair. Problem solved by soaking it in apple cider vinegar, then rinsing a couple of times in lukewarm water. Drape on hanger to air dry. Seems it's the chemical used on the synthetic hair. No problems after rinse in ACV. Same works for getting rid of smell.

How do you maintain your curls while installed? Can you wash it or jus dampen the hair ? I work out daily & my hair is starting to frizz i want it to look like when I first install it. That's a great question! Cause it is pretty tight and secure and sometimes some parts of my head is tender. The soreness lasted about a day.

This is amazing! One question: you didn't really talk about the front installation. How did you hide the elastic/weft knobs in the front?
I later went back and cut the elastic off and did the invisible method. I also left a helpful video link in the description if you want to check that out. It might help you.
Did it hold up for a while using the invisible method? Thought it might slip out of the knot since human hair tends to be slippery
