    That way the hips are stacked is a game changer. I did 6 sets of 4 reps of stationery split squats with hips stacked like this and my legs were just fried, glutes. Challenges the cardio in a big way.

    Saw this yesterday so I used it as my main lift later that day… I can 1RM 265 on a regular zercher squat… I did 115 on these for 3 sets of 6 each leg and my legs are trashed this morning😂 def go low on the weight for this oke

    I keep trying but my front heel comes up and apparently (my trainer says) i am leaning forward just a bit. I can do it with body weight but as soon as i grab weights my form deteriorates 😢 this is a damn hard

      Keep after it! Adding weights definitely changes the center of gravity but its just about good form + repetition. Good luck!
