Navratri Premix Recipe- Dosa, Panki, Khandvi, Idli & many more Dishes Instantly | नवरात्री प्रीमिक्स

- Welcome to my channel. A lot of you fast during Navratri, this is the perfect premix for you. You can make this premix & store it to be able to make dishes like dosa, dhokla, panki, idli all instantly. So if you are someone who is busy with work or has a tight schedule, this video is for you to prep ahead using only 2 ingredients 🫶🏻
All you need is -
• 1 cup Sama (Barnyard Millet)
• 1/3 cup Sabudana
While making the batter-
• Sendha Namak
• Curd
• Green chilli paste
• Chopped coriander leaves
• Powdered spices of your choice
Method-
1. Grind the barnyard millet and sabudana into a fine powder. Store in an airtight container and use as required.
2. For making batter, you need 1 cup Mix + 3/4 cup Water + 2 tbsp curd.
3. To this add green chilli paste & spices of your choice. This batter needs 20 mins rest before using.
4. For making Panki & Khandvi - The batter should not be thick neither too watery.
5. For Rawa Dosa - The Batter should be of buttermilk consistency
6. For Idli & Appam - Batter has to be thicker than Khandvi batter & you will need eno / baking soda for this.
