UAV (Drone) Footage: Horse Rescue from Flooding Waters in Cypress Texas. 4/18/16

So i didn't do much editing to this one. I figured id just let it be what it is. Not art. More documentary.
Today, shortly after shooting this footage, Cindy Gilmore Barnes​ and I assisted this ranch with rescuing 21 horses from the quickly flooding waters. We didn't get any pics as we were in the water/mud soaking wet with no phones. But super proud to say we helped.

I don't understand People not letting their horses loose before they evacuate. They leave their horses locked up to drown.

debbie peter I definitely agree. Leaving them tied is a death sentence. Many volunteers worked towards freeing trapped horses on this day.

@@barnseymedia Exactly, volunteers risked their own safety to save dumb owners horses! I could never leave my horses locked up to drown (or anyone's else's for that matter).
