    I’ve just come off grease the grove, I did 60% on pull up/ push ups/ dips/ squats for 9 weeks 5 times daily for 5 days a week as I had plateaued for years. The exercises got real easy and I was slow and deliberate in execution. Yesterday was the test day, I can’t lie I was disappointed, I gained 2 pushups/ 3 dips / 5 squats, and lost 2 pull ups. Gutted to be fair. I Enjoyed doing it but expected more.

    i'd never thought about using grease the groove for flexibility, but that makes a lot of sense. Good video bro
