I have that exact arm rest in my car. The sticky pads stop the rattling. Just stick them on the section that's rattling and it stops it from rattling by making a secure fit
Since I saw your video I purchased one for mine too. Honestly, it's a good purchase. Those tiny little pieces of plastic must be placed into the rails (at the end) in the holes provided. Those pieces avoids the derailment of the armrest when you pull it in any direction. Mine came with some screws which can be used to reinforce the installation without making holes in the base where its fixed. And the little adhesive circled rubbers are to make the armrest gets fixed and avoid movements and must be glued on any lateral side.
Drove with a driving school's new vw golf and the interior is so much more comfortable, because its a newer car ofcourse, it had a nice armrest and you can easily shift while your arm is resting. So im looking to buy a armrest for my corsa d aswell but ill never get that super comfortable feeling of a newer car
Did you find a use for the plastic thing? I noticed as you slid the armrest on the bottom section it looked like the plastic thing might go at the end of the slider rail to stop the unit sliding off .
The two plastic bits are to be put on the back after you slide the armrest in it's place so the bits will stop it from flying off when you try to push it back all the way.
have you had any problems with your pumpkin stereo? I got the same one as you but Mine randomly refuses to turn on some mornings until I unplug it and re plug it in
I just got my corsa today haha its the stupid phone connector behind the handbrake. I think i need to order a cup holder before i get one of these bad boys 😂
Is the car fully turned on with the engine running rather than just turning the electrics on sometimes this can make a difference but if nothing changes it could be a faulty product
thanks for replying fast and ye car was running the whole time and still wasn't charging my phone i tried all the usb's none worked apart from the main one to turn on the arm rest. oh well, thank you @@yt_brandonemBEM
