    It just boils down to the calorific value of the candle flame/wax. Dress it up as you like but the heat output will not be increased.

      Thanks for your insight! You're right about the calorific value. Have you tried any alternative methods for increasing heat efficiency?

    It's ridiculous how it works. The temperature on the copper will never heat the sand up much. Although copper is very thermally conductive, the surroundings will certainly never get warm. And why do I need a fireplace with a candle? More cold comes into the house than I can generate with it. The construction is not very well thought out.😢

      I understand your concerns. While copper conducts heat well, its effect on heating sand might not be significant. A candle-powered fireplace seems inefficient, as the heat generated is minimal and may even cause more cold to enter the house. It could definitely use some improvements.

    We want to benefit from making an oven or oven. Some of the benefits are in grilling bread, or working in bread making. Please advise us... who guides to good deeds as well as the doer. May God reward you with a thousand good. 🇾🇪🇾🇪🇾🇪🇾🇪🇾🇪

      Thank you for your kind words! Creating an oven for bread-making is a great idea. To ensure success, you could focus on proper insulation and airflow for even heat distribution. Have you considered using clay or brick for a traditional approach?

    Would get hotter when closing hole on top.
    Or put another bucket upside down on top

    • @lmtn
      @lmtn  4 дні тому

      Yes, closing the hole on top would trap heat, making it hotter. Placing another bucket upside down could also help contain and concentrate the heat for better efficiency. Great idea!

    Surely any heat gained is lost from hole cut in the wall to presumably the outside ?

    • @lmtn
      @lmtn  4 дні тому +1

      You're right to consider heat loss. Any hole cut in the wall can lead to heat escaping, especially if it connects to the outside. Proper insulation or sealing around the hole is essential to minimize energy loss and maintain the efficiency of the heating system.
