I would pick the A34 because even though it has a lower benchmark score, the A25 has not been optimized enough to take advantage of its raw power. I tested PUBG Mobile in an A25 put up on display and it maxxed out at only 30 FPS even at the lowest graphics option
@SpyroticGoose This is not true because then going from the A33 to A34 would be a downgrade. You get 2000-ish multicore on the A25 vs around 2600 on the A34.

I will say you are biased towards the A34. How on earth will you use Antutu 10.1.9 on the A34 and use the outaded antutu 10.1.8 on the A25. You clearly cheated the A34
A25 is a little cheaper than the A34. But, if you are more of a camera guy, then the A25 is the right one❤

Physical finger print scanner over under the screen optical scanner. I have the A34 5G, I got the A14 for my Mother yet the finger print unlock is quicker on the A14! I wish the A34 5G had that

I bought the a34 for my aunt since her phone got stolen last Saturday. I was quite unsure which way to go between these two phones. I went for the a34 in the end. Both phones had literally the same price. But I find the certifications and the screen protection quite interesting. I'm sure my aunt is going to love the a34 !
It's hard to see the point of the A25 but its additional year of updates and headphone jack do appeal to me a lot; still, I think the A34 is the way to go.
It's cheaper, now, than the newer A25, has really good IP rating and screen protection at the price and better 4K video; I think the A25 is better for social media as it has that fashionable thing where the colours 'pop' and the contrast looks to be a little higher. I want to say the A34's colour presentation looks more neutral but in the video, for instance, it looked slightly washed out/misty, though hopefully you could tweak to a better result in post. Was the lens dirty on the A34? The results here are not as good as on some other review channels, I feel.
My biggest disappointment is that unlike a lot of budget-midrange phones, neither chipset is compatible with Gcam to tweak/in some situations improve photo quality (Google camera needs a Snapdragon chipset to work properly).
Finally a review that works for me.
Galaxy A34 is able to record 4K30fps and 1080p60fps which you never mention. My first time watching your review and I can clearly you are bias towards the A34.
I think I'll go with A25 because of the microSD and audiojack. If only the a34 had those two features then I would've picked it. Thanks for the video!
A34 does have a microSD slot! It's the hybrid type - either 2 x SIM or 1 x SIM and microSD.
I too would have liked the audio jack though...

higher price, no headphone jack is not worth it.
And the side finger scanner is alot better than the underscreen. I haven't heard a single person rather take the underscreen over a good button one.

@@johnrambo4387Agreed. The headphone jack is so appreciated. I have an A54. The Android 14 update messed up my Bluetooth headphones sound. Now, I have no backup for wired headphones! Unless, I use the USB C kind, but I cannot charge my phone while using those. I'm very unhappy with this situation, since Samsung caused it in the first place.

People complain about the exynos chip I ask why is Samsung using that chip for mid range phones why not snapdragon as it powerful and reliable for years
