Thank you for the excellent presentation! I feel more confident about using my new oven. I can't wait to watch your videos and learn from your expertise. Today, I reheated a whole loaf of bread, which was delicious! However, when I selected the "REHEAT BREAD" option on the display, the timer and countdown didn't appear on the dashboard screen. This made me concerned about the bread potentially burning since I didn't know how long it would reheat and stop automatically. It would greatly improve the user experience if this issue could be addressed.
Hello, Thank You for watching. When using one of the auto heating settings, Reheat Humid (Moist), Reheat Crispy, or Refresh Bread, the oven will take a short amount of time to determine the approximate mass of the item being reheated. Once this duration has been determined the oven will then display the time remaining to reheat as well as start the countdown timer. Depending on the size of the loaf to be refreshed the time will vary. Very rarely does the oven overestimate the duration of the reheating and over crisp the exterior of the loaf.
Thank you for this detailed overview! I’m no longer apprehensive about upgrading to a Wolf Convection Steam oven in my kitchen remodel. There may be a little learning curve, but I’m feeling much more confident after watching your presentation. Question - is there any reason the Newer 30” Wolf couldn’t be my only/primary oven?? Asking because I’m replacing a GE 30” double oven in a single oven space. The GE has a small single-rack oven above a larger convection oven. I rarely use the larger oven other than the occasional monster turkey or multi-rack convection baking. Also - I was considering the addition of the Wolf combi speed oven as well. Pros/cons, thoughts on this suite of appliances?? Thanks in advance.
Thanks for watching Susan. The Reheat mode should be used at its maximum temperature, 250o F, to reheat the food. When reheating two plates at once plan on 8-10 minutes total reheating time. Alternately you may use the Auto Reheat function under the More button. This allows you to select the type of reheat you prefer, Moist or Crispy, and the oven determines the length of time and temperature needed to reheat the items.

For two plates on the reheat mode, what would be the average temp and time ? Thank you so much for all your great videos!!
