I hope I got you excited about the world of No Code tools!
(If you got just half as excited as I was while creating this video, then mission accomplished, haha!)
Part 2 is now live on UA-cam.
    Watch it here: ua-cam.com/video/QubKi6Hmzf8/v-deo.html
The CryptoView SaaS is live right here 🤩
(Though, the main functionality is disabled to avoid blowing through my Zap limit)
You can still check out the website and create a user 🚀
    cryptoview.webflow.io
If you got an email from me lately, you might have noticed how cool my email signature looks?
That's because I started using WiseStamp! Really awesome tool.
Check it out here 👉 bit.ly/WiseStamp_SimonHoiberg
WiseStamp is also the sponsor of this video, so a huge thank you to the WiseStamp team for making this video possible.
Now! Go and build some awesome SaaS 🤩🚀
And share it with us in the comments below.

Nice for the new kids and experimenting. Idea is genuine, but when Zapier goes south, the story ends for the customers. I am using Zapier for more than 5-6 years, and one thing I learned is that you can use it for non critical tasks to save a loads of time. However Zapier experiences difficulties from time to time delaying tasks or losing them or simply services upgrades require reconnecting apps. Nothing can replace some good framework like Django or Flask, with PostgresSql and React/Vue on top for the front end. It’s costs 1000x more but it works. Ps. I really like your video and passion about it.

Simon! This is the kind of content I have been looking for. I got into no-code for few months now. There are many no-code channels on UA-cam, but honestly the way you break thing down and how you explain processes is second to none. Also the fact that you are a full-fledged developer makes you very credible and I trust when you explain how things work. Please continue with a no-code segment. I believe there are many of us out there that could benefit from your skills and knowledge. Thank you!🤙

Excellent job Simon, and after I go back and view it about 12 more times in slow motion, maybe I can come close to understanding how to approach this next task on my bucket list. Pray for me guys.

Sweet, I'm a developer but I've been wondering about the viability of using no-code for an MVP. It'd be interesting to see you take a no-code SaaS and transition individual parts of it to your tech stack. Looking forward to part 2!

One of the most useful demos I've run into browsing UA-cam. I charge people zillions to do this with conventional coding methods. Truth is, most people won't even use these tools. I could offer a "Zero Code Option" and charge a small amount, say $500 to do something like this for people. They will keep coming back for modifications so it will likely be an ongoing income stream.

Damn Simon... I dont know why I didn't see this before. This is brilliant! Thing is, for most purposes this is a practically free way to get anything started quickly. Because airtable is free, if you don't need any advanced functions. I realize I overcomplicated things all along. All you need to figure out is how to get the data you want to present into airtable, so it can be condensed and presented. Thanks so much for this tutorial. You completely saved me time and money!

      Exactly! It's a thrill.
Of course, you do sacrifice a bit of configurability, so it's not that engineers are out of jobs anytime soon - but it's incredible that programming isn't necessarily a barrier for doing a SaaS anymore 💪

I realise this is exactly the type of video I need to create to show the ease of no-code.
On a Separate note. What's exactly the product though. I see you mention gated content but if that is the product you're selling I think that would be the core of the SaaS you're building, but I didn't see that covered here.

I'd love to see a sum up of the costs of all the tools in the end. It will still be cheaper than hiring a developer for sure, but I think many people like me are curious to have some food for a make-or-buy decision if you are already comfortable building software. ☺️

    Great Video as always Simon!🔥💯
Being a developer, I always prefer doing it via coding since it gives me a lot of freedom to do things and is maybe even cheaper.
But I think using no code tools is great for a non coder person looking to build something of his own.
Although, I have one doubt... Is this scalable? Like adding custom featues, using API's and other stuff in the future if the user base grows?

    • @SimonHoiberg
      @SimonHoiberg  2 роки тому +1

I'd say it's scalable - and yes, you can add custom features. In the next episode I'll introduce Airtable, which gives you a lot of capabilities.
      There's a downside, though: It's pricy.
No doubt, being able to code (and it particular, being able to configure infrastructure), you'll be able to make the same functionality for a fraction of the price.

Great content man, keep it up with the hard work!! Quick question what too would you recommend for a web app for user registration, help the user automated their daily work using AI and sending out emails? I already have the design on figma but still don’t know what should be the next step, maybe building the backend but how to integrate with figma or framer? Should i move to webflow insted? Hope you or anyone here find the time to answer. Thank you

Maybe one thing that most people forget before diving into no-code platforms like Webflow is that you have to pay in order to get High-End templates..probably like the one used in this video. 😅 Code or no code, there's a price. Don't forget that

Just imagine how many sponsors sponsered these 15ish minutes!!!

1 sponsor did that 😊 It was WiseStamp.
I am fully transparent about that in the video.

Cool stuff here, thanks Simon 🙏🏽. I have become a subscriber. Quick question. Can this be converted into an app?

    • @SimonHoiberg

      That's awesome 🧡
It can't be turned into an app easily, but you can make a progressive web app out of it fairly easy.

@Simon any specific reason for preferring webflow over wordpress ? Was this video sponsored by webflow maybe that's why ?
WordPress might be better for a no code solution, but thanks for sharing your framework

This video was sponsored by WiseStamp.
I'm always fully transparent about it when promotions are paid.
So no, Webflow didn't sponsor this video.
It is, on the other hand, greatly superior and much more modern than WordPress, which by today's standards are outdated, horrible user experience and super insecure.
