Of course I'd recommend the University of Leeds because I studied there 😉 but in all seriousness, I can't answer that question and I'd recommend you doing your own research based on your own needs.

Do you think it is a wise decision to spend 26.5k pounds as an international student?

I think that's a really difficult question to answer. It really depends on your financial situation and whether you're planning to work in the UK after graduating.

@@LeonLokk Yes I'll be working in the UK after graduating. Could you please provide me with an estimated salary after graduating in this course from Leeds? This will help me take my decision better

Honestly, it's really hard to say. You can have a look at Glassdoor, Indeed, PayScale or Linkedin to get a better idea of what salary to expect as it depends on so many different factors.
I can say though that the typical graduate salary here for most jobs is £25k - £30k outside of London. You'll probably get £3-5k more if you work in London.
