- Virtual tour of Capitol Hill Denver - One of the Best Neighborhoods in Denver!
Today we're looking at the Capitol Hill neighborhood, which I like to call the Brooklyn of Denver! If you're looking for walkable, centrally located, metropolitan, hipster neighborhood just minutes from downtown, with great historic mansions and tree lined streets - Look no further than Capitol Hill!
As always, reach out to us and let us show you just how hard we'll work for you:

We can't wait to help you make yourself at home in Denver.
I've lived in caphill for 4+ years now, and I absolutely love it. right in the middle of things, but a slower pace than lodo. Soooooo walkable I question selling my car (until I need to pick someone up from the airport). I am near 12th x Logan st and could not be happier with the location. A short walk to multiple grocery stores, shops, salons, cafes, restaurants and anything else you could want.
Love watching, thanks for the information!
Thanks for watching!
This was unexpectedly helpful! I really vibe with the hipster coffee and shops there but I have two dogs and want to be closer to a safer park or two so thank you for pointing me in the right direction. Great video dude!
Very nice video, thank you. I am european and have visited Denver in the late 90s. Remember walking a lot, because I did not have a car there, so it was busses and walking most of the time :-).Denver really seems a very walkable city and has some nice old buildings.
You look like a Denverite. Not the native super healthy Patagonia wearing ones, but the cool ones lol
❤
A+??? Wow. We moved to the Capital Hill Neighborhood from the Twin Cities when I was a kid. It was a long time ago (I'm a gen Xer) so I'm sure it has changed some but it was awful when we lived there, it certainly wasn't "hip". No coffee shops or restaurants, just adult night clubs and bars up on Colfax. I went to Emerson School (awful) and lived across from Morey Middle school where I found hypodermic needles in front of the school.
The neighborhood at that time was full of addicts and prostitution and the schools were terrible. I'd love to go back to see how much it actually changed.
We lasted 6 months before we moved to Wheat Ridge and then eventually back to the Twin Cities.
FYI: I'm a total punk/hipster who loves Lake Lyndale and downtown Minneapolis (all though I don't live in either).
Very informative
Thanks!!
2:32 im actually moving int that brick apartment building next month
Hahah! So cool!
Do gays live there?
I hope so :)
Nowhere in Denver care that you gay lol. Just don't go to Colorado springs or anywhere outside of Denver minus Boulder or Blackhawk lol.
Absolutely it’s somewhat the gayborhood
