girl I didn’t know that you had ocd, and as a diagnosed ocd myself I love to see people handle it and live normal and successful lives!! if you are comfortable can you maybe talk about how it is for you? love u!!
Yes I would love to hear her talk about this as well, I’m not diagnosed with it but I do have pretty bad severe ocd guilt and thoughts and I’m not sure I’ve never got it checked out but I’m constantly thinking of what I have done wrong to people or my past!
@@lexiziegelman8675 ngl I’d recommend therapy, OCD is one of the few mental health issue that can get realllyyy bad when you don’t stop the pattern
Or ERP!! ERP Therapy is the most effective treatment for OCD. I get ERP therapy through NOCD (they have an app, super useful!!) and it has helped my ocd so much. I.e. I used to check my door lock 20-30 times a night and now I only do it 1-3 times. It's a tough process and like the above person said you really do need treatment for OCD. But if you are able to, there's so much hope! :)

this has to be my favorite luna video by far! i loved the ballet segment of this video. the ballet music in the background, the pink ballerina outfit, and the ballet class visuals 🩰 i truly found this video to be so calming and therapeutic. there have been times where i am in a funk or not doing mentally well & when i attend a ballet class it really improves my mood and self esteem! ballet is like a safe space and meditation for me, so i really admired this! i loved how you said you were so glad you went, bc i could tell by the end of the video how much better you felt! thank you luna for this! pls do more vlogs related to mental health & ballet! 🤍

i've been losing mptivation for ballet, and I used to love dancing and how it would make me feel, now it just stresses me out and gives me so much anxiety. but Luna just makes me wanna love it again and do it for myself, I;m a senior next year and its gonna be my last year of dance before I take it less seriously and do college and I'm happy and sad at the same time
i'm the same way with dance, class is such a beautiful reset and it always makes me feel 1000x better. love ur videos so much💓💓

It looks like all the people in your class are around that age/early 20s. What studio/company do you dance at? What level of dancers do they take? I understand you might not be able to tell me because of privacy issues but....would love to know🤞

Our school is going into our off season in 2 weeks and I don't know what I'm gonna do with myself because I'm not doing any classes over the summer and it's bothering me. Also I totally understand about having an off day because one time I wore a new red leotard to class and it was a lot stretchier than my regular leotards and I'm not small chested (DD) my girls were just bouncing around everywhere instead of being secure, so the whole time I was off my game.
Please talk about OCD!! If you are comfortable :) As a fellow ballet dancer with OCD I would love to know your thoughts and take on it. The interesting intersectionality of OCD and Ballet's "perfectionism" but also just OCD in general. Especially since most OCD in the media is cishet men I would love to hear from fellow women/femmes with ocd! It's a quite misunderstood disorder too. Loved this video and think the day off mentality really helps for long-run success :)

I don't want to correct you what so ever because I am not anywhere as close to skill level as you but specifically for tendu, one thing that has helped me sooo so so much is thinking of my thighs squeezing together but i also have BIG thighs sooo ... lol love you! You're Beautiful!!

Is it just me who thought Luna looked like Sydney Sweeney in the ballet sequence? I usually don’t see it but I saw it in that part of the vid!
Sometimes people genuinely just outgrow each other. It doesn't necessarily mean we are bad for not being able to keep them in our lives forever or that they are bad for not wanting to keep us in their lives forever...
In romantic relationships you can fall out of love and choose to break up, in friendships that seems more difficult to do though. I mean how do you go about it when the prevalent idea is: if someone is our friend then they would stay by our side forever, otherwise they're fake and they hate us. Well sometimes that's unfortunately the case cause people love being messy and meanspirited... but I would go crazy believing everyone I've stopped talking to was actually my enemy
A lot of the times it's something as simple as: they are changing or growing into their own person, they're going through a difficult time that we don't know about, some people just don't get along all that well, etc. Ideally we would receive an explanation and some peace of mind from them, but ideally we wouldn't make them feel guilty or like they're not allowed to move forward either... There is heartreak no matter the outcome, that's life. I can only wish them well and believe they wish me well too. The time we had could still be meaningful and valuable.
Afgdhg anyway sorry if it sounds like I'm lecturing, and it may not be applicable to your situation, but this is a perspective that has helped me
