Still, the event won't start at the given time and people won't still show up on time. This is why we are conditioned to assume when an event says 10:00am, we are expecting they mean 11:30am. So, if you have your event to hold by 12:00pm, it's safe to tell your African guests 11:00am or 11:30am 🇳🇬
