Hon Ken can Ghana introduce shift system of working? I am currently in Germany and I think it leads to higher productivity of a country and also generates individual wealth for the citizens. It can drastically solve the unemployment problem in Ghana. Hope you see this post and push it forward to parliament.

Thank God Hon. did not hustle here in Ghana . i was working in a wood market in kumasi , i carried beams woods and board woods i go in the morning 7:00 am and come home 7:30 or 8:00 pm , the money i carry home is 10GHS many people sees me working but i will be begging for money and starving. And i told myself here in Ghana hard work does not pay.Thats why many youth are struggling to go to abroad becos there wen u get all the documents you need to stay and start hustle is easy to make it. But here in Ghana if not God to help you my brother you will die in your hustle without having bank account. here the rich's are being rich always and the poor's are being poor always. God help us in our hustle to make it like Hon.

@@ShreddyMan not really. I just find it odd and too convenient that anyone can have such an astute recollection of events 25-30 years ago, especially at such an advanced age. I've lived abroad for nearly 30 years, I'm highly educated, highly active and have a good retentive memory. Yet, I might even struggle to confirm to you the precise house number I lived in here in London just over 10 years ago...…..let alone my monthly mortgage payment or cost of my house.
Yet, this man seems to recollect all these facts and figures with the precision of a surgeon, on every single Radio or TV station he's interviewed. Listening to him each time is like playing back a CD or tape over and over again. You can only maintain such a vivid and repetitive account of your life story unless you've deliberately rehearsed it like a play.
Sorry, but those are my instincts which I'm sure many of his fans and foot soldiers may disagree with. I just don't accept or pander to the status quo without probing deep and intelligently.

  • @threenetworkuser2477
    @threenetworkuser2477 4 роки тому +2

When one talks about questioning or probing to gain clarity on pertinent issues, this is an example and has perhaps been the elephant in the room regarding Kennedy Agyapong for the last few years.
In an interview he had with KSM which is here on UA-cam, he stated that he made his wealth via the US visa lottery/amnesty programme and in that same video, he also revealed that his financial breakthrough happened when he facilitated visas for 557 individuals, at a fee of $2,500 per person. That interview can be viewed here - ua-cam.com/video/knNQ87vRsX8/v-deo.html
    Now,
    $2,500 x 557 = $1,392,500
So the questions that anyone worth his salt should ask are as follows:
    1. Was all that money solely his fees for facilitating the US Lottery visas for those 557 individuals?
    2. For even the US 2019 & 2020 Visa Lottery Programmes (DV-2019 and DV-2020), I believe the official applicant fee per person was/is $330. So how on earth was he pocketing $2,500 per person, way back in the early 90s? If anything, the official applicant fee would have even been well below $330, inflation taken into account.
    3. Was he working on behalf of the American Embassy or with their authorisation?
    4. If he wasn't working on behalf of the American Embassy, were they aware of his role in securing those US visas for the 557 individuals?
    5. Was his role as US Lottery visa facilitator (or is it "Connection Man") legal at the time, according to US and Ghana law?
Of course, all of his activities regarding this US visa lottery or amnesty thing may well have been above board, but to quote part of the synopsis of the popular BBC programme HARDtalk, it's always worth asking the hard-hitting questions.
    Just my two cents.

@@donkinggh1066 no he claims to have made his wealth by procuring US lottery visas for 557 Ghanaians. Ask yourself whether he was working on behalf of the American government to have secured such a contract and if he wasn't working on their behalf, was he acting legally?
He claims he charged each person $2,500 per person and this was way back about 30 years ago.....and yet, have you cared to find out how much the official US visa lottery application fee even costs today? I believe the visa lottery application process itself is openly available to all and sundry and so why would people pay him that much money to procure those visas for them when he had no authority on their issuance?
Did all those 557 people queue up in one single day to guarantee him the over $1m or was it stretched over months and years?
These are all some of the many questions you should be asking...…..rather than just being gullible and believing all someone says.

Only ppl who don't know the system will believe that additional 48 hours he's talking about...I like him but I think probably it's over decades so he probably doesn't remember how things unfolded back then...that's the only excuse I can give for this story
