With zero filtration or water movement I wouldn’t overload that tiny amount of water in the fountain, Live bearers are tough but too many could turn that water toxic. The little one with the horizontal stripe looked like a White Cloud Mountain minnow.
Love your videos & fishing for exotics vicariously through you. You SERIOUSLY need to create an indoor nano shrimp tank, or a larger outdoor one. Shrimp are easy breeders & become quite addictive. As long as they have a bit of cover they're happy. They need snails, as they eat their poop. I have Red Cherry shrimp & they so interesting to watch. They're actually quite personable & curious. I'd really love to see how you would tackle it. G'Day from Western Australia. 🤓🤟
The non platy looks like a White Cloud Mountain fish! One of the platies with the large dark spot at the base of the tail looks like a Mickey Mouse platy!
I love the fountain pond! It has awesome potential. I think you should try to catch some more mollies or guppies for the second level. But like I said, great potential! Another awesome banger and I love this UA-cam channel, keep it up!
You are a very younger looking me, I grew up in NC and I'm in va now, and can't be out in the little streams all around for miles around like I could. So the only way for me to watch someone that loves it.
Try a clear epoxy resin on the fountain it would make it nice and shinny too. Love the fountain. Platys are so underrated they are awesome little fish and breed like rabbits. What is the filtration in the fountain?? Keep the videos coming
Hi I believe that the minnow with the black stripe is a type of dace and the white fish are female platies and the rest are males except for the skinned on which is a guppy
Platies come in many different colors. The colors have been interbred for years to produce new color types but they are all the same fish. They have also been interbred with swordtails to move the color type variations through both groups.. It is very hard today to find a purebred strain of platies or swordtails since they have been interbred at least 40 or 50 years. Yours are platies. None were guppies, however in your intro, the last fish you show is one.
You should tie you a longer string to the fish trap so you don't have a hard time getting it. Keep making the videos I like watching them. You should do them daily
That's probably enough for that fountain, they will breed about every 30 day's. Definitely put in a few more of the plants so they have hiding places and are able to get out of the sun. Remember the fountain isn't very deep so the water can get really hot, and most canals and ponds and streams are cold. If you want more, set up a nice pond or bigger aquarium for this type of fish.
Also it's going to be very easy for birds and other wildlife to get to them. If you keep them in there, add some fine mesh over the fountain ⛲,👍🏻🙌😁 Happy fish keeping.
Like the fish and pond but you should get a tank to put them in so that we could see more of them and try to leave the trap over night maybe you catch way more then you would expect but this vid is lit
Amazing. No cool invasive species up here in PA like FL. We have some sturgeon and snakeheads but I'm thinking they're not going to like a 75 gallon life. No jealousy.
You know that cracks me up when you say people don't realize that we have this stuff down here and they don't know how it gets loose well here you go you can tell them this this is how it gets loose we have hurricanes hurricanes put out tornadoes tornadoes rip houses apart fish gets long everywhere and not all die they land in water guess what they breed that's how you got your fish that's how you got a lot of your snakes the iguanas yeah people left them behind so yeah just tell him we got him because of hurricanes and the funny thing is is you got these places that got totally flooded what you think the fish were going to stand there fishbowl that's what you can tell them
Here in the UK we can only buy these fish, not many colourful fish in our waters. Just bought some plattys, mollys and a pleco and spent £50. Love your videos
Love watching your videos man! But please stop showing the spoilers or what you call them in the beginning of the videos. Because I wanna see it all from the start to finish and I bet others also want that. On the other hand, why don't you try to put like a go pro next to the fish trap or in it while waiting, you could get some good photage like that!? Viewer from Sweden! Keep up the good work!
That fish that you can’t identify is a bluefin killifish… not a hard identification especially if you live in Florida where they are native to. Please put these fish back if you can’t even properly identify them incase you take a species that is threatened or endangered
@@JL_fishing Honestly as bad as it is if these fish are invasive he should not even be keeping them. He should be euthanizing them on catch due to laws. He is walking a very fine line making these videos. As well the issue with the pond he has set up if you notice there is no water cycling meaning it will be a massive problem here soon that could kill all of the fish because there is no filtration. Plants do not work by themselves. Most larger ponds have filtration in them as well just a different kind then you see on tanks. and I mean plants do not work by themselves on that small of a scale.
I would breed a whole school of them. Probably start off with 20 of them. breed them and go for the best pattern you like. Then start breeding that strain and and pattern you like, then soon enough you'll have your own typ of variety of fish. Then, only then you can actually make money breeding your own strain. calling them whatever name of fish you want...
5:43 - That's a sword becuase i have alot of them but then died-from month's 5:55 - That is a sunset it grow a bit-bit bigger the female is more big then the male is like a little bit big
platy someone let go of their Aquarium fiah in that canal system, really cool. I breed Swordtail and platies I've never seen them in the wild. Sailfin Mollies are out there and beautiful to.
Fountain pond coming along nice🔥🙌
you should get beta fish for the fountain pond. they dont need loads of space
Why not leave a trap in over night to soak
Hi bro where is the turtle that u had in Bruser's pond
Please let us know
Sup Bobby. Fountain is looking awesome. Found just the right fish for it. Keep it up bro. Ty tc
Use a caulk tube with mortar to fix the leak. If you have any large holes place some foam or just fill the hole with the same mortar caulk.
With zero filtration or water movement I wouldn’t overload that tiny amount of water in the fountain, Live bearers are tough but too many could turn that water toxic. The little one with the horizontal stripe looked like a White Cloud Mountain minnow.
The live plants will help to filter the pond is the bioload is not too high
Nice vid. Heres a suggestion. Get one of those small clear plastic veiwing tanks so you can show us these beautiful fish up close.

Hi I believe that the minnow with the black stripe is a type of dace and the white fish are female platies and the rest are males except for the skinned on which is a guppy

Those small stripy and nice 🐟 are minnows
The majority looked like mollies to me. One of them was a nice sunset mollie.
I am originally from Miami. Love fish but love snakes even more. Even have a brooks fla kingsnake as a pet
Shrimp is a good thing u caught beacause it will clean your fountain
The fish with the black line through it is pretty rare
No, very common in aquarium stores!
@@christinakeller4946 well it’s rare in New Jersey
Yes they all can breed. The white one is a koi sword tail. it was a genetically modified fish. it be nice to have black mollies.
"it was a genetically modified fish."
are you sure?

The tiny fish with the black stripe is a blue fin killies
I think that weird one with the stripe is a cub
The fish with the single black line is the black line tetra
nice mate
The fish with the line along the middle looks like a daise
Try using flex seal clear on your fountain.

One of those is called ‘Mickey mouse platy’
👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

There cloud white moutain minnows we got some in a tank at home
The one with 1 big dot and 2 small Dots near the tail.. we call: Mickey Mouse platy. You know. One dot is the face. Two Dots is the ears
That fish that you can’t identify is a bluefin killifish… not a hard identification especially if you live in Florida where they are native to. Please put these fish back if you can’t even properly identify them incase you take a species that is threatened or endangered
I was thinking a type of nannostomus, but you might be right
@@BadTim28 nah it’s 100% a bluefin killifish but I can see how you can think that
