I've noticed that my mind gets super-ready-to-hard-task when it comes to speaking and then I start thinking about pronunciation, tenses and adequate phrases simultaneously, gotten caught up in the self war that totally overwhelms me and makes my palms go sweat and I stuck in a silence. When I talk with the otrher person I have serious problem because you speak clearly, slowly and... clean 🤣🤣🙈 normally the people speak very fast and it’s very difficult understand them 🙈
In everyday conversation people really speak little confused, but if you are concentrate you can understand them. For us, non native English speaker it is difficult to understand but we have to do some bigger efforts :)

Gabby, I am nearly russian (Belarus) and study english now. I liked your manner of the speaking. I enjoy your voice, and the fact I can understand you almost clearly. I've partially agreed with your first idea to make many repetitions. But in my opinion you have to make about 7 repetitions in the different days. But as musicians I absolutely disagree with the second. If you do a lot of mistakes, you learn the wrong way of anything. Be careful and pay attention to things you study, when you are learning! Yes, you should be patient, because studying of complicated subjects isn't enough fast. But how to do that? There is the main reason why the most people are canceling the studying. If you don't removed it, you'll lost anyway. The reason is motivation. Not goal, but motivation. Can't say it in couple of words, but I'll try. Measure your progress at least monthly.
