I once introduced myself as the creeper to 2 girls I thought i would never see again as a joke. One is now married to my best friend and I am on the others ultimate Frisbee team..... and I am still known as the creeper

I can't help but be amused by the timing of your predicament. The things we do /say as a younger adult/child are always possibly going to be the start of a weird thing that lasts a long time.
I love that the community has almost entirely decided that playing as Creep is more interesting than playing normally.
Oh man, the floating Dense guy head at 5:40 really got me. Made me realize how much I miss those old memes from the _Cities: Skylines_ days.
This was a really fun map to test out putting boosts exclusively on various buildings. The Air Sacs were _really_ effective on this one for me.
I just put them on the Emitters and Stash, 550 each Emitter and a fully upgraded Stash will make enough creep to even push through the shields without mesh.
I'm going through a really bad time right now and this video saved my day. This is one of my favorite games and your voice, not to be creepy, is so listenable. I love you man.

Tom, spending more boosts to shorten the downtime on the stash gets better the more you spend. It's a linear decrease in cooldown making it a proportional increase in rate. Plus, you know, the whole not giving the creeper chance to spread out and slow the charging.
As for holes in your mesh bridges, there's an easy solution. If you destroy the mesh and give the creeper a couple of seconds to even out, you'll be able to put the mesh back down without the gaps (make sure there's enough creeper in the mesh before you do it).
Just came down here to see if anyone had said this. He seems to think each boost is less effective after he "gets the engine running" but it's actually more effective. Like, if it puts out 1 creep every 5 seconds, you get 12 creep per minute. If you reduce it to 4 seconds, you get 15 creep per minute, a 25% increase. If you reduce that to 3 seconds, you get 20 creep per minute, a 33% increase. At 2 seconds, you get 30 CpM, 50% higher, and at 1 second you get 60 CpM, 100% higher.

When you want to build bridges through the void, it works a lot better placing the mesh while not connected to a emmiter, as the blue mesh in the void can't be expanded.
It can, it's just fiddly since the blue mesh slurps up the creep. Way easier if you use the hotkeys (number keys) to quickly switch between egg and mesh, as well as use the top-down view.

People who make rebuilding maps need to give you blobs early on, it's so frustrating and slow! The last map I did was just a mesh waiting game against anti-creep but was still highly rated.
I was hoping the second one would be a dark tower win.

Why did Tom flatten the anticreep?
Just makes it easier to see. When AC (and creep for that matter) gets too high, it's tough to see underneath it. There's no option to similarly flatten creep because...well, this game is *actually* about playing as the humans and killing creep, so you don't actually need to see underneath it lol.
