"Watching the trees fall sideways was really impressive! Every single tree falling in slow-motion was breathtaking. The precision and power involved in handling these leaning trees was a huge challenge, and the slow-motion effect made it all the more dramatic. It was really impressive to see everything happen in such slow motion!"
thank you so much for taking time to respond and answer my questions. You guys are all amazing, and the Helicopter pilots are insanely cool and talented. keep up the videos and you all be safe.
Looking at the vast volume of trees you and your team have felled on this block you really have earned your company quality lumber to put on the market. How long will it take to recover all your hard work, we all enjoy your videos, everyone a pleasure to watch, indeed, I quite often watch them several times and appreciate your first class editing.
Nope. We’re required by law to have every cutblock replanted. Although my personal opinion is, we should have all heli-blocks have a 20+% retention. I’ve done it before, years ago and it’s easily doable and I think it’s a win-win scenario.
Is this going to be yarded or heli-logged? I used to enjoy watching Ax Men to see the equipment. Absolutely hate the drama and conflict BS the producers felt they needed to make a show. I could enjoy to watch hours of the equipment being set up and operated without narration if it meant no BS. (Like your channel. Narration without drama.)
Maybe get one of those follow your movments cameras? Not sure if they have them in HD I bet they do that way it would be someone is producing and filming your every move right? Phil from PA Merry Christmas ua-cam.com/video/_VZVmv7Lj-w/v-deo.html

Sometimes the heli-logging starts before we’re finished the job. But usually it’s a couple weeks after were finished
The beginning . ."Whoops" 😄😄😄😎. Carry on. Great work, thanks
It saved out nice! Easy to buck and good scale... 🙃

Alls well that ends well and you definitely have a talent for the woods. Appreciate your work ethic and doing what’s right. Stay safe.

Love your videos, do you know of anyone filming the Helicopters rigging and removing you guys hard work?
Check out: westcoast_slashmonkey, on instagram. He’s got some good footage of the actual heli logging operation.

Good video 👍, what you call those tree arms?
Schoolmarm, I believe its a regional slang for a double top, or a single tree that splits off at some point to have multiple sky reaching tops.
