    I don't have kids or dogs, and used to do a lot of jogging, cycling, swimmibg, and yoga for weight loss. I don't do any of that anymore, and am resigned to being overweight. *I do not enjoy physical activity* It does no matter the type or where it is done. *I don't enjoy physical activity*
