I'm not sure if I'd personally agree with the Barbecued Korean 'Bacon', actually. I feel like most people have an idea of what 'bacon' should look and taste like in their heads, plus the association of it being a breakfast food, and samgyeopsal isn't really that. 'Barbecued pork belly' is probably fine. :)
That's cool, this was never meant to be a definitive list of what would be universally considered correct but based on a survey of native English speakers. Thanks for commenting!

Exactly my thoughts. When we think of bacon, its normally cured, which samgyeopsal isnt.

아마 강사분이 한국 요리에 대한 이해도가 떨어지셔서 실수하신 부분이 있는것 같은데 순대는 다른분이 설명하셨다시피 한국식 blood sausage가 적절한것 같구요 족발도 유럽식 족발요리랑 모양이 비슷해서 착각하신것 같은데 한국에선 족발을 삶습니다. baked 아니예요
