Pls I don’t understand how a number raise to power 3 will be that number multiply by 3 i.e 10 raise to power 3 is 1,000 not 30…can you pls explain that..
Maybe you need to watch it again with kin attention. If you express 5.21 in standard form, you have 5.21 x 10⁰ and the power of 10 which is 0 is the integer part of the logarithm of 5.21.
