I completed my high school but I really don't know what logarithm is because it's never been in our syllabus . Can you make a video series based on logarithm from the beginning and basics .
Nice video, I never learned to use tables of logarithms before. I have a question though. I suppose tables of logarithms exist long before calculators exist, but I am wondering, how was it possible to calculate the values of the table without using a calculator?? I am intrigued because I have no idea at all how the values of the table were calculated in the first place.
😁 Didn't you wonder why Calculator simplifies logs even faster? Though the values were all programmed in the machines. Therefore where does the manufacturer got the values from? 😁
So perhaps calculator manufacturers just copied and programmed the values of the tables and calculators are not after all such calculus prodigies as we might have thought 😅😉
@@tambuwalmathsclass Were the ancient mathematicians alive nowadays I certainly would be delighted to ask them how they managed to get the values of the logarithmic tables. Well, it is said some of them communicated and had privileged information and revelations from God while asleep, this could be the explanation 😅😉😎
Please, sir, I saw some examples which say after taking the anti log of the final answer, say 2.6754 then they will say anti log of 6754 then they will add one to the 2 and read whatever they get from the 6754 then they count the decimal
@@tambuwalmathsclass And also as you have been adding let us say one to the say two bar to be able to divide with say 3, they go straight to divide without adding anything, is that also correct?
Very precise, accurate and direct. Great job.
A very nice video, Sir! Most teachers don't clear these basics as you do. ❤️
Thank you 🙏

Very good teacher you never assume anything
Easy calculation. Jazakallahu khairan
Ameen
Pls sir can you explain more about the characteristics and martisise
How come you didn't do the antilog.
Why did u find d antilog for first question?
Thanks a lot. You've really helped me❣
👍👍👍
Great lesson Sir 🙌
Thank you
What of the antilogarithm
Thanks for the tutorial sir, but when you have division in place of the minus how do you go about it.
Example evaluate log 0.4971 base 2.718
Nice video sir, but if we have a question to solve √61.73²-38.27² using logarithm tables, will the minus change to division or we'll minus like that.
😊😊

I did already, you can check my playlist on Indices and Logarithm

@@tambuwalmathsclass Great teacher
Does it means we don't need to find the antilog
Yes
The antilog is required because the opposite of logarithm is antilog. He should have found the antilog

Yes it works

I tried that and I got wrong answer
