The History of UFC Video Games Part III - 'The Undisputed Era.'

- Опубліковано 30 вер 2024
- After releasing 5 video games in the span of just 5 years, all of which ranged from poor to mediocre, the Ultimate Fighting Championship would go dark on the gaming front. Another 5 years would pass before the first THQ and Yuke's game, UFC 2009 Undisputed, hit store shelves. The Undisputed trilogy marked a brand new era for MMA video games of all kinds, with it's deep striking and grappling mechanics paired with its expansive roster and impressive graphics. The final entry in the series, UFC Undisputed 3, is still favored by many as the greatest UFC video game ever made. Is that really the case? There's only one way to find out. Let's get to it!

UFC Undisputed 3. What a great game. The inclusion of Pride FC mode made the game even better. Still own and play my copy to this day.
def. i still play ufc undisputed 3 to this day. A grappling/submission system i could actually work with, and pride mode was amazing
@@GermanyJerseyShore What do you play it on? It's not on the Xbox One store
The Undisputed Era had a great theme song
SHOCK THE SYSTEM!
Kyle O'Reilly's championship belt guitar solo is truly ace.
boom!😂
You know it’s all about the boom
@@MitsubishiLancerEvo ADAM COLE BAY BAY!
Undisputed 2009 was in the peak gaming era so it holds a place in my heart. Skate 2, MW2, AC2, Uncharted 2, NHL 2K10, Fifa 10, L4D 2, GTA 4 Released The Ballad Of Gay Tony, undisputed 2009, borderlands, arkham asylum, xmen origins wolverine, fight night round 4, like the fact 2009 in gaming exists is just nuts
good times brother
Dude the best time! Uncharted 2 one of the best games ever, fifa 2010 on ps3 and xbox made a revolution in football simulations
@@vanjatomic723 bro i played a lot of these games growing up, recently bought a ps3 for the nostalgia and to play the games i missed out on , having a blast, absolutely nothing wrong with ps3 in 2023, still holds up
Here's a story for you. My best friend of 15yrs passed away unexpectedly back in 2021 and we played every single WWE game without fail up until his passing. After he passed, I knew there was NO WAY I would be able to play WWE2K22 & I was right. I booted it up and couldn't get past the title screen, so I deleted the game. Fast forward to WWE2K23 & I am in a much better headspace & I decided to create my best friend (who was trained by FCW btw) in the campaign mode. It will NEVER be the same without him, but I intend to keep creating him in future titles forever.
That's awesome man
@@gh0rochi363Thanks
Man..this was touching. Im so sorry for your loss. I used to play Gun Bound with a friend and my brother on mobile. My friend passed away and I havent opened the game since...I dont want to un install it either...maybe I will later on..who knows...but its been a few years
@@alimoorad5998 Thank you & I'm sorry for your loss as well. Time heals all wounds but it's okay too if you never play it again. It probably won't ever be as fun as it was playing with them.
Undisputed 2010 is one of my fondest gaming memories. I was 17, and my parents had just lost our house and we had to stay in a one room motel for a month until we could find a new place.
Undisputed 2010 and my PS3 was literally the only thing I had to help get my mind off the entire situation.
Damn, this is a real ass comment right here 💯💯
@@DannyBoy426 I kept it short and sweet, but Undisputed 2010 was the defining game of my life. It, more than any other, was what made me get into MMA as a hobby.
Like, I got into traditional martial arts because of stuff like Dragon Ball and Power Rangers, but Undisputed 2010 is what made me go, "I can make this my life", and I pretty much have. My channel is almost nothing but shitty UFC reviews.
The golden age of UFC games. Can't wait to hear your thoughts on EA's UFC games.
Literally EA ran UFC games into the ground
@@FREETHEWORLD999not literally.
@@Smorgasvordyes literally. Ufc 3 was the only good one, and even then it lacked alot of things
@@thegamingcook785probelm with ea is that they have no game modes what so ever, online and a pathetic excuse of a career mode
@@nickyj-s1j the career modes are definitely bad. You don't feel like your in control, undisputed 3 let you pick your fighter style, and you actually felt like the style you picked, certain moves were locked and unlocked, and also stats worked well, you can't train your guy to be 100 percent at everything, you had to really think about the stats you wanted. And also, being able to swap weight, fight on a main event or under card, and fill in fights that boosted your reputation was cool..and training was so much fun, and of course, being able to go to pride, and do more violent moves you can't do in the UFC was incredible. Making entrances was cool, how you touched gloves, weigh ins and so on
Undisputed games were the peak of the UFC games.
For me this is the best series of games from the franchise man. The undisputed era was the best! Jukes and THQ did what I believe to this day EA could not. EA games are not that bad but the undisputed era is the GOAT of MMA gaming hands down. Thanks a lot for this one man ! 616 Forever
I love hearing the personal stories you tell in these videos, and I appreciate that you include them. For me, my favorite gaming memory/memories are all the countless times I bonded with my grandmother over Super Mario World. If I couldn’t beat a stage or a boss I would have her beat them for me. I knew I could go to her because she had her own file on the cart too, and she was insanely good at that game. To this day she’s one of the best Mario players I’ve ever seen, and she wasn’t even a gamer in any way. She just whooped ass at Mario games. But thinking back to those memories is why Super Mario World is my favorite video game of all time, and why I’m so grateful I still have that cart with her save on it today now that she’s no longer here with me. Any time I want to I can boot it up and play from where she left off for a stage or two, and I wouldn’t trade that for anything. I always think of her when I play that game now, and I smile.
Thank you for giving me a small place to share that bit of love for my grandma, and thank you for the content you make. Your hard work shines through, and we all appreciate you for it. Keep doing what you do ✌🏻
I remember pre ordering UFC 2010 because Brock Lesnar and Kimbo Slice were in the game.
I remember having some friends over for a game night. We played some Pain on PS3, some Dynasty Warriors 6 Empires, and then we tried UFC Undisputed 2010. I had played it for weeks, completing the career mode (on the lowest difficulty, I don't enjoy a challenge :P). I still feel I had the controls under... control, but as soon as we booted up an exhibition match my buddy pushed 1 button, kicked me straight in the head, knock out. I suggested we play Smackdown in stead.
The Undisputed games had some life in them, those games really take me back to late 00s UFC
Loved the story with your dad. Growing up my older brother wasn't really a gamer like I was, he never played much with me but I had younger cousins that would play games with me including all of the older wrestling games and @nba2k. Unfortunately in 2002 my brother was sentenced to 13 years in prison which teenage me was devasted because I lost my best friend. Throughout the years I owned and played every 2k, eventually getting older and starting a family at the age of 24. Fast forward to 2015 my brother is finally released and life was good, 2002-2015 technology wise is a huge difference and he was kind of overwhelmed at first but eventually understood and got used to things. We were able to do a lot of things together for either the first time or it's been a while such as hoop, drink a beer together, even something simple as eating at a restaurant. One day he came over and I was playing 2k and he thought it was an actual live game (xbox one) and we ended up just talking about how video games changed since we were kids (1984,1986). I ended up explaining the controls and we played a few games and he was terrible of course lol but I kept it close because I didn't want to discourage him and him not want to ever play again because it may be too difficult. So anytime we played I kept it close or would let him win. Funny thing is he never knew it and would just talk crazy shit to me and I always let it ride because it made him happy lol The reason why NBA2k16 will always be near and dear to me because it is the only Nba2k I was able to play with my older brother before he unfortunately made even more bad life choices which cost him his life on September 3, 2016 three weeks before my 30th birthday. My bad for any errors lol I'm super high because life is strange but I will say this it felt good to share that with someone.
Same.
Undisputed 3 is still to this day the best mma game ever made, let alone ufc game.
Many hours spent in my flatting days with my flatmates in that game. Many good memories
Been looking forward to this one I absolutely loved these games so much
Today is a great day with the 616 and UFC 😊
Indeed it is! 😊
It’s crazy you made this awesome video the same day UFC 5 trailer dropped ❤
My step dad wasn't always the most outwardly loving, but NHL 2007 really brought us together. He'd kick my ass in the game, but eventually I started getting the upper hand. We'd play no goalies and score 40 goals a piece. Those old memories always bring a smile to my face
The first undisputed (and moving to Las Vegas at 11) made me wanna get into MMA and become a UFC fighter I later go onto train and become a BJJ champion and coach/corner some Amateur MMA bouts for Tuff n Uff all thanks to that game(and whatever older game I vaguely watched my dad and uncle's play)
Here’s a heartfelt memory for me. Playing WWF No Mercy when it first came out. We lived in a mobile home so the living room was connected to the kitchen and dining room so we could watch TV while we eat. We left the game on the main menu while eating and after 5 minutes my dad (who passed away) says “DAMN IS THAT ALL THAT GAME DOES?! ALL IVE HEARD OVER AND OVER IS ‘DIGGITY DOG SOCKO’!” So I had to mute the TV.
This was another fantastic part to the History of UFC Video Games😁. Hearing all of your wonderful personal memories with these games, is how I felt with the WWE games growing up, as they were my everything to me, as well as the Star Wars franchise. As a kid, those 2 franchises meant the world to me, and experiencing it all with my brother is something I’ll cherish forever. Hearing the same for you with these games warmed my heart, and it’s those stories that make you my favorite channel on UA-cam😊. Thank you for this awesome video, Ian, and I hope to try these games out one day😊👍. Hope you and the DanDans continue to have amazing lives❤️.
Undisputed 3 remains my all time favorite mma game. I still play it to this day and have a blast
Gaming memories, you ask? Well, where do I start? All with my brother, by the way (RIP Anthony) we begin on the Nintendo Entertainment system with The Legend of Zelda, we would play for hours and I'd watch him beat that game over and over again. Then Super Mario Bros when we'd stay up all night every few months and beat it again along with duck hunt. Special shout out to CONTRA that we never beat. Moving forward to the SEGA GENESIS. we got games like NBA JAM and well a little game you might've heard about from Midway called oh, MORTAL KOMBAT. Entering the realm of Earth daily after work and school for us was religion. He'd kick my ass sure but every now and again, I'd hit him the the GET OVER HERE, and he'd nod every time i'd set him ablaze with a toasty. Same deal when we got a PS1 and got MK Trilogy and playing until we' d unlock PONG. Damn that took forever, lol. Ps2, we got deadly alliance, shoalin monks, and Armageddon, all which we wore out until my god of war interest took over. I tried teaching him, but RPGs like that weren't his still. Last memory comes to the ps4 and MK 11, we had 3 fights with his favorite ninjas, and sadly, i had to leave for work... that was the last time me and him ever gamed together. So, in his honor and memory, I raise a glass of Dr. Pepper with ice as I get ready to play the new MK without him. Memories of all the UFC games come to mind as we play on his Xbox. With a tear in my eye I say Ian, you son of a bitch, I love ya and I'll see ya at part 5.
I STILL play the pride tournaments on my 360, hell - most of the time I just watch the CPU vs CPU matches! it’s incredible!!!
Undisputed 3 is probably the best mma game ever. Wild to think before the Undisputed games the best mma game was probably the Pride FC game.
2010 was a cope game i used to make people i knew in real life and would apply what i knew about them to fighting and try to have a perfect record every time, yes i be turning my ps3 off at submissions i know i suck but it sucks too when your right stick gets abused like that due to ONE ground play
the personal stories are always my favorite parts of 616 videos, I have two:
1. Every copy of UFC Undisputed 2010 I’ve ever bought in my life has been second hand, and none of them have ever even booted to the startup screen. I’ve used multiple PS3s/360s and it’s always the same. Absolutely blows my mind, I only got to play it at a GameStop demo kiosk, I believe I used Forrest Griffin.
2. I remember playing SmackDown HCTP one time with my best friend about a year before I moved away from home, and we had the craziest ALL COM ladder match ever. It was Stacy Keibler vs. Chavo Guerrero and I swear to God it went on for over an hour. If I can remember correctly Stacy ended up winning the match. Absolutely legendary moment for me.
I'm a short story writer and in in one saga I wrote I made my protagonist and antagonist agree that powers wise they were too evenly matched. They'd settle it once and for all in the octagon. No powers, no gimmicks, just fists and kicks. I went back and re-watched the entire UFC tourney you did to get a feel for how the fight should go.
Virgin
LMAO Dana White meeting with the wrong EA branch and getting piss is hilarious and SO Dana.
Undisputed series is the GOAT
I hate xbox for not making these backwards compatible with the series x. I loved these games.
This my era of ufc right here getting my ass whooped 🤣 and learning how 2 play good times lol 😂
I have UFC Undisputed 3 on my Xbox 360 I still play it and I still love it
These were the No Mercy of UFC games. UFC 4 and 5 are trash compared to these.
undisputed 3 will forever be my favorite mma game. It’s just that good.
Undisputed 3 is STILL the best mma game.
UFC 2009 Matt brown still gives me nightmares
I wish theyd make these games available on xbox one
How about Boxing games or beating ‘Em games.
I got a story for ya Ian! I was in the 12th grade and a buddy of mine (Matt was his name). we've been playing WWE games for the past 4 or 5 years, and all those years, I always kicked his ass, eating numerous losses did Matt, until one faithful afternoon on a Sunday, Last Man Standing Match Cena (Me) VS Orton (Matt) we legitimately went at it for over an hour, his dad was just sitting in my driveway for the past ten minutes while we battled on, neither would give in or quit and after numerous RKO's I couldn't make the count of 10 and he won, he humbled me, I properly hugged him and shook his hand. At the point we were at, we were exhausted. It took all energy out of us, but it's my favorite gaming memory I have ❤
Hilarious how I clicked on your video and hear your story about breaking your hand, I had a pretty much exact same breakage in my hand just a few weeks ago from playing football (soccer), although I went to the hospital that same night...
I also continued to play video games with my cast on, was just about the only thing I could do 😅
Bro ur not alone I remember seeing the trailer for ufc undisputed 2 and saw Kimbo slice was going be in it blew my mind being a huge Kimbo fan boy at the time all I did was dream and count down the days to its release...BTW Excellent video once again!!!
Undisputed 3 and Fight Night Champion are the greatest fighting games ever made.
Imo, Fight Night 2004 was the UD3 of boxing games.
THQ was so good
Dreamed about WCW Mayhem. The game was 100x better in my dream.
I got that one at a garage sale as a little kid. It was only a dollar and I still remember thinking I'd rather have had the dollar lol
THQ and Yuke's really shocked the system with the Undisputed era of UFC games!
Great video Ian! I personally think if Undisputed 3’s career mode had the overall presentation of Undisputed 2010’s, as great as the game already is, it’d be the greatest fighting game of all time.
Undisputed 3 is just one of those games that u always enjoy replaying after years of not playing and all that nostalgia and fond memories it brings back❤️💯🔥
I honestly tried to give that game a chance twice. The controls just killed the game for me. Idk the ufc games for me always had difficult controls.
You forgot to say Joe had hair and keep the good work.
Forgot? No. It’s not something that’s worth mentioning.
fantastic video. i had to use a proxy vpn to watch this at my school cuz it's blocked on there wifi lol, and thanks for saying how much the shine system sucks. as the nerd once said "WHAT THE FUCK WHERE THEY THINKING? LIKE JEEZ!"
I believe either the original Undisputed or its sequel had the Ultor logo straight out of the Red Faction and Saints Row games. It doesn't make sense at first but considering THQ published the UFC and Saints Tow games at the time, it makes sense to add it to the game.
This was and still is (imo) the greatest era of UFC games.
My two favorite MMA games are EA Sports MMA and UFC Undisputed 3. I'm not saying the other games were bad, so here is what I think about each game in the series. UFC 2009 Undisputed was a good first attempt and laid the groundwork, it was realistic and the odd things could be ironed out in a sequel. UFC Undisputed 2010 was a pretty good game and a huge improvement over its predecessor, UFC Undisputed 3 is the best in the Undisputed series with Pride FC mode, actual entrances, and submissions being easier to execute compared to the shine BS of the first two Undisputed games. UFC Undisputed 3 even has mods for updated rosters, updated arenas, and champion belts since 2016 and it's still going. It's gotten to a point that the UFC Undisputed 3 mods are top quality and so good that it could be legitimately mistaken for a UFC Undisputed 4 by THQ Nordic and Yukes.
I also have a cool memory of being matched against the 2nd ranked guy in the world in fight night rd3. My online record was weak af...something like 23-14-18KOs & 2nd in the world guy's record was insane!!!! Something like 2350-120-2000KOs & he actually played it like a boxing game & we had a AWESOME! fight. Obviously i didnt win lol. But im more than proud to say i took him to the scorecards & lost by split decision, he had 3 knockdowns & i had 2. By far the most competitive fight i ever had in fight night & i played that series for countless hours, truly countless across the whole series. Ive probably spent more hours on FN than any other game series.
& (side note i had so many losses & hated playing online cuz so many ppl wouldn't play it like a boxing game but would instead stand in one place & just spin the analog while leaning & wait for you to swing & miss & then counterstrike you then go right back to spinning & repeat until they got the ko. It was cheap, boring, annoyed, stupid & sucked all the fun out of it & is why i said 2nd ranked guy actuallyplayedit like a real boxing game)
I was always a massive fan of these games, I remember finishing school and coming home to play UFC Undisputed. UFC Undisputed 3 was the best overall I thought. Still to this day it just felt better than the EA Sports UFC games.
My heartfelt memory of a video game was from the same game. When i finally got a PS3, I would always go to Movie Gallery (Blockbuster is for scrubs). I remember this specific day, my parents were selling the house and had a showing that day, so we had to be gone. Riding in the back of my moms new Chevy Avalanche with my best friend, listening to Gorilla Zoe on the way to utilize my Movie Gallery platinum membership to rent some games. I went home to my freshly cleaned room (had to look good for the showing) with Smackdown vs Raw 2009, Legends of Wrestlemania, and Undisputed. We played the first 2 for maybe an hour, and spent the entire weekend going back and forth on UFC.
The house was sold and that was the last time i saw him for almost 6 years. One of my best memories easily
Ufc 2010 was decent but hit registration was off and the submission system was pretty bad. Nearly game breaking.
UD3 was the GOAT!
I remember the excitement for Undisputed 2009 this era was the peak of MMA games for me the undisputed games and EA MMA loved them all i know Undisputed 3 is the most loved but i didnt play that one much came out during a time i wasnt gaming much but Undispited 09,10 and EA SPORTS MMA were all games i loved and played a lot
Undisputed 3 is far beyond anything that EA have given us since....i found that the THQ games were challenging without being impossible ...whereas the EA games are too glitchy and clomplex......especially for a casual player....u have to really play gor a long time to be good at them.....dunno if im the only one...i always feel the fighters movement was more fluid in THQ days...the EA fighters sometimes feel like they are stuck in slow mo.......
I remember getting so mad playing an NBA arcade game that I was mashing the joystick with my palm to try to make the players move faster. That hurt. I can't imagine having to do the same/circle with my palm on the PS3 controller.
Hell, I hadn't played with said controller for so long that when I tried to play MW3 Survival Mode I was struggling to do the most basic things like aiming. I've been playing more with the PS4 controller over the months.
As for that story about your broken finger - that must have hurt like hell! How could you go on about your day like nothing was wrong?!?
May not be a heartfelt memory but back when c.o.d. was taking off & i started playing it, i got sucked in big time! Playing mw2 for hours & hrs on end. & I still! Have a very vivid memory of a tear i went on one night where i went on a 73 game win streak. To this day i still have memory flashes of a particular match that i was unstoppable, it was the scrap yard, on the side of the map by the big satellite, using mp5 & pistol w/tac knife, on a 10 kill streak, after every kill i would turn around & go the other way couldn't even reload or switch to my tac knife ppl were coming so fast & my reaction time was impeccable enemies would pop up & i would knife them during forced reload of my last 23 bullets got like 6 kills like that, & finally got reloaded & got 2 more with those 23 rounds & 4 more with tac knife & the rest with my kill streak rewards, had like 4 rewards i couldn't call in due to the airspace being full of my other rewards, finished match 30-1 kdr. I still have flashes of that match it was awesome! Lol
My favorite memory of Undisputed 2009 was: Me, my brother and my step brother playing the demo on the Xbox 360. My step brother was Frank Mir and I was Brock Lesnar. First round, the match starts I run at my step brother as Lesnar and throw a super man punch as the first punch and KO’ed him in one shot. Me and my brother still laugh about it until this day.
I played every UFC and MMA growing up, we used to have tournaments with our friends, me or my little brother always won, but one day my friend John got me with a 1 kick knockout, first and only time I ever got 1 hitter quitterd 😂
UFC Undisputed games got me into the UFC.
When BJ Penn, Matt Hughes, JSP and Aldo where the best fighters in the world.
Post USADA, Fighters with condom depot and dudewipe sponsors on there shorts. Those where the day!!!
I really wish I could experience these games. It's a shame that they're not backwards compatible on Xbox One.
UFC undisputed was special at the time. I just got my friends to start watching the UFC after us going to Wild Wings to watch Brock vs Frank Mir 1 and they were sold after that. All of us had that game and it was all we played for a while. I swear one of my friends bought every Affliction shirt he saw lol. I thought they looked terrible even back then. That soundtrack was bangin as well.
The UFC undisputed games are far superior to the EA UFC games. Perfect example of gameplay mechanics over graphics.
So for video game story back in the early 2000’s when the N64 was still the big hotness my dad and mom still weren’t living together. So on weekends I would go with my dad and we would hangout at my uncles house with my older cousin. One of our pastimes was playing Mario tennis. We would turn it on after dinner around 6-7 and we wouldn’t go to bed till 2am. We would always have my dad and I against my uncle and cousin. Those were great times and I look back on them fondly
I dreamt spider man 2 cover art
All white ps2 cover art (almost like sega) with the faces of the creators of Sony on the front with a spider symbol in the middle
The undisputed era will remain the peak of MMA games, UD3 being better than even EA MMA. Sucks the modern UFC games are always a busy smh. 5 is looks to be very mid at best
33:24
It's Shane Carwin. The man that went undefeated by going 12-0, all KO's and no one escaping the first round...Until Brock did.
Loved these games so much. I could not beat Jason Brilz no matter what I did in Undisputed 3. Everyone else was easy work. Jason Brilz will forever be my arch nemesis.
7:02 last 2 fighting games: Street Fighter 6 and MK1. Would literally have dreams of being in practice mode for hours doing combos and what I can potentially do😂
I gotta say that it just a shame that even though EA sports have the rights to pride and more , they just don't do Jack with it, wouldn't it be nice to see more arenas... I mean I like kumite and backyard but seriously... The 4th entry in the game and they don't even considered Pride or WEC or what have you. Just shameful... Another gripe is that in undisputed you could pick real life gyms and get to know the fighters better with their videos and such, ea sports gyms sucks bad in that area too. Man I got a lot to take out of my chest with ea man. Don't hate the game, I actually play it a lot...but to my eyes it water down badly. Man I can't wait for the next vid to pop up. Thanks again! I think this history will be a great success and I appreciate your take on it bro!
The undisputed era was fun but i couldn't submit nobody in 2009 or 2010. GSP gave me nightmares because i can never beat him 😂. Great video
UFC Undisputed 2009 was the first game I bought, when I bought my PS3
I loved this game.. the undisputed games are so much better than the ea games.. the same is with the wwe games.. thq did a better job than 2k.. thq had the best games in the ps2, xbox and ps3, xbox 360 era.. so many iconic and legendary games
It's crazy to me that UFC 3 has so many features that even the current games don't have. Then again, it IS fucking EA we're talking about. Their games have been lazy trash for a really long time.
AEW Fight Forever needs that grudge-holding feature. Elite, Would you like to work a match with CM Punk? "Talk to my lawyer."
My favorite memory though is when SvR07 dropped, me and my best friend at the time stayed up all night unlocking everyone, well, right before sunrise we have a ladder match, him as RVD and me as Shane O Mac, it went about 27 minutes, he got the W and immediately after the match I had to run home to catch the schoolbus...as you said, those....were different times
Not a MMA guy AT ALL. But Pride mode sounds like SERIOUS fan service!!! Cheers.
@616Entertainment I remember specifically in 2009 being hyped for Lego Indiana Jones 2 and had a dream playing it don’t ask me why I was 11 years old lmao
Submissions should be kind of like the mini-games in Dragonball Z Infiinite world where you are training in the spaceship to Namek. That's what makes the most sense to me, it's like okay he made thise movement you need to counter that said movement by pressing the same button as him quickly enough. It just makes the most sense to me, and could possibly be the most satisfying which is ultimatley what you are going for in a game.
So your dad is undefeated at UFC Undisputed? Pretty impressive that he only played once, somehow managed to get an immediate knockout, then stopped playing with a perfect 1-0 record.
Back in the summer of 2013 I was on UA-cam and randomly came across undisputed 3 I thought it looked awesome and bought it and me being a wrestling fan I picked the only person I knew and that was Brock Lesnar I got pretty far in the season but I never finished it so in short undisputed 3 was awesome game to a non ufc fan and shoutout to thq
I know this sounds country as shit but my first ufc game I ever played my cousin just got a ps3 ufc undisputed 2009 my God dude that game was a banger that's all me and my cousin played when I slept over at their house loved the soundtrack everything straight up amazing to bad they've lost their way
I did the same thing your dad did😂. I was playing with my cousin but he rushed in and got knocked out. 2009 has one of my favorite soundtracks and it bring back good memories from my child hood i love undisputed era games
So similar to the story between you and your dad, i was hanging with my buddy nick and his cousin seth we were playing ufc undisputed and we asked nick to set up a match for us to play he wanted to see he wanted to see bj penn vs gsp. Seth took penn i took gsp fight starts i throw superman punch flash knock out like 4 second fight. We spent then next 10 minutes laughing about it, In the later games seth would absoulutely dominate me with jon jones. I think he held a grudge
I’m playing undisputed 3 rn n was playing 2010 with Coleman in title mode😂😂
30:30 Damn I was disappointed that they also couldn't get Jeremy St Ives to join Bas Rutten on commentary for UFC 3.
I miss the days when fighters had sponsorships, their custom banners, and their custom uniforms to wear rather than just Venom or Reebok and their county flags, the current uniforms in the UFC are boring. 😢
I remember thinking I haven't seen such palm and controller damage since Mario Party 1. Game was so hype though!
I remember I was feening to grab UD2010 because I wanted to use Shane Carwin. Great times
As far as great memories? Resident Evil 4 on the Wii in college. We had 'surround sound' 2 speakers on either side of the couch. Have a few beers and play that game.
not really a memory of me and my dad playing but more of him getting me my first ever console (ps2 i had other consoles but they were technically my brothers so this was MINE) just an awesome moment and he got me crash bandicoot wrath of cortex so that became my favorite franchise lol
Awesome Video my Dude 🤘Makes me want to play this again! Hope U are doing Well! Whats Good Patches🤘💙
It isn't a video game, but I had a dream about a car. I had been looking for a newer Mustang. I had a dream about a fully loaded black one, and when I went to look for one, I found the exact one from my dream. She now sits in my driveway
When they stay down after the replays I can’t help but say “you got knocked the fuck out, man!!!!” every single time.
When undisputed 3 came out my buddies and I would get together and have some drinks and have tournaments in my room. I think I had just graduated high school or so. Fun times.
I hated UFC Undisputed 2010 for one simple reason. I hated how easily your stats lowered if you didn't train im career mode or how training certain aspects lowered others.
