    They will come back when you truly move on for your own sake. When they do, trust me, don't take them back. As soon as they get you back they'll immediately feel like they have power over you again. Even if they come to you crying and begging. Within a couple months they'll feel like if you went back to them after they dumped you, it's because they have more value than you, and you are less than. The only way to maintain your value, is tell them NO.

      I disagree because if you get them back and feel them pulling away then so should you. When you get them back you should mirror their behaviour

      This can be prevented by having a probationary period where they have to earn you all over again and make it up to you in a major way so that they face consequences and will think twice to mess up again.

    My Dumper did reach out several times but never opened up, would just stare at me, I got so tired I changed my number and bought a house on my own. I have never felt the same about anyone and that is my life lesson. Every love is different, not better or worse, but different. There is no substitute for honest communication.

    Check your brain for anyone who would want a wounder (dumper) back. It they did it once, in time, they will do it again. Trust those of us who have been through it again and again and again. Once it’s broken, the circle is debotched. Move on quick. Recognize this is an abuser

    • @Amctothemoon
      @Amctothemoon 3 роки тому +3

      Correct
      Learn from your mistakes , once it’s broken don’t try and fix it
      There are hundreds of women out there who will love you more than the one who dumped you
      Know your self worth and value ,

    I had a session with Vincent just few minutes ago . He has different plans to fit different situations and budgets for everyone . He is amazing ! After I searched and listen to all these coaches I finally found him . He understands and he can see all different aspects in every personal situation. He is a natural problem resolver and he will create a game plan for you to achieve the happiness you are looking for , the love . Of course you have to implement his advice in your life . I feel confident, I am glad I did not do any move about my ex before contacting Vincent and before our session. I would had made a mistake if I did so .

      Hi Black Rose, thank you for your comment. At the time of the breakup, they no longer want to be in a romantic relationship with you. However, that is there feelings at that time. There is no 100% guaranteed way to get your ex back, but doing the right things can increase the interest an ex has for you.

    I'm in group #1. I highly doubt he cares or thinks about me at all. He wanted the breakup & I'm giving him what he wants. I was so good to him & for him, but he didn't want me anymore. He discarded me like I was nothing. With that mindset, Idk how or why a dumpee would miss or think about someone they no longer want romantically.

    Excellent podcast Vincent! What if the dumper finds some one else during this journey of anxiety? Will dumper forget the anxiety and enter a new world of happiness and stop obsessing about the dumpee?

    • @vincentbos
      @vincentbos  4 роки тому +1

      Hi GKN, thank you for your question. This will all depend on the level of romantic, emotional attraction that the dumper feels for the dumpee at the moment they meet someone else. If the level is low, they will proceed to explore this new connection.

  • @PRC420

    Will they be anxious when they have "monkey branched" out of the relationship?

    • @vincentbos
      @vincentbos  3 роки тому

      Anxiety comes from awareness. If your ex is feeling content in a new relationship, they will be less likely to feel anxious about their former partner.

      Vincent is right on this, I had an ex contact me 4 months after the breakup when I had completely lost hope of him coming back and actually moved on, he kept contacting me multiple times a year even but it was too late and didnt want him back. None of these sites make sense. They say no contact. So how does the dumper know the dumpee knows that the dumper has increased value.

    • @vincentbos
      @vincentbos  3 роки тому

      Hi David, thank you for your comment. I have done lots of podcasts answering this very question. There are many elements as to why my version of the 'no contact rule' will increase the chance of getting your ex back. These include social proofing, social media advice, fading affect bias and more. However, I suggest you start off by learning about my version of NC and why implementing this will increase the chance of one day getting your ex back. Here is a link to a video I suggest you watch - ua-cam.com/video/eDYK6qEqg4g/v-deo.html

      exactly. You're supposed to go on and live your best life but you may never run into the dumper again so he could see or feel your vibe, and he/she may have you blocked on social media so out of sight out of mind.
