The Amelia is gorgeous, what a treasure, certainly shows the beauty of the threads perhaps a promotional piece for the factory. Good video, love the Autumn and winter stitching and the gift of threads are lovely colours. Thank you 🌺
Michelle I watch you ALL the time, but too lazy to comment! As always; your video is top notch!! I was thinking the sampler (can't think of the name) by a Kansas City girl in a Colrado girl...she's on GUMROAD I believe. HAPPY STITCHING TODAY AND EVERYDAY IN 2023!!!
It's always a pleasure to see your stitching and your samplers, but I can't wait until you bring out the treat box. You are braver than I to do that on camera. The faces you make are priceless!
Thank you so much Michelle. I’m so incredibly grateful to you! Love love love the planner and I’m so pleased you’ve done a design in it. Can’t wait to order! I also have Autumn and Winter to stitch and you’ve totally inspired me to pick them up. Your Autumn really looks fantastic. The charts just don’t do them justice 😍
the colours for the Norfolk are going to be fantastic!! what a beautiful sampler and how marvellous to have your brother supply you with silks! I can just imagine her pouring over the new shades when he came back with his collection.....I love this research you do Michelle..and yes you are right sometimes just resting is as important as "doing" in the holidays. best wishes Rebecca
Your Autumn piece is so lovely! No wonder you couldn't put it down! The Winter stitchery will be pretty too. Thank you for the mention of the free design of Acorns and Owls - I intend to make this one!
Looking forward to more samplers from you! That last one is huge but gorgeous. We just got our treat box too and the kids scoffed everything except the banana and the squid. My 7yos favourite was the basil chips!!! Those pineapple biscuits were my favourite.
You look lovely in that blue colour Michelle, it really suits you. Love your new Amelia sampler ❤ The treat box as always...a treat to watch 😂🤣 Happy stitching 🧵🪡✂️
I bet that 'pinky brown' fabric would be a great background for a monotone (black or cream?) design, like Amish quilt patterns? Or a background for a brown Easter bunny pattern?? Have a great week! Love you vlogs!! :)
Beautiful antique samplers! How about using your pinkish fabric of the month to stitch Halloween Fairy by Nora Corbett ? It is an OOP chart but you can download it for free from Herschners. I think the warm brown tones in the stitch would look beautiful on the pink. I'm stitching her on 28 count Dirty Pirate from Barefoot Needlearts in Surfside Beach, SC, USA. My fabric is on the brownish side but with lots of pink undertones. See what you think!
So many samplers and so little time! It’s troublesome when you love them all … for various reasons. I’m sorry to hear that your school break is almost over. Work does have multiple tendencies to interfere with all things stitchy! I love that you give everything in the snack food sampling box a try. You are quite adventurous. I will be borrowing your phrase, “ It’s not hideous.” It’s the perfect comment when you’re not exactly sure what to say about a new food you try. You should chart the phase in cross stitch or have tee shirts printed! Thanks for another marvelous FlossTube video! I’m staying classy in New Hampshire. ( Okay, my attempt today is borderline hideous! 😂😂😂 ) Don’t get any snack crumbs or grease on your stitching!
Michelle...love everything you shared but for a few items in the food box...you have some stunning samplers to reproduce...you might be able to stitch a large bird on the unusual pink fabric...wishing you the best and happy stitching ❤❤
Another good vlog. Agree with a previous comment regarding your pink/brown fabric from Fox & Rabbit either using black or a cream thread would look fabulous. Happy stitching with whatever you choose 🧵
Love the latest sampler aquisition. It very large but beautiful. I always enjoy your videos. As for the brown fabric I must say it is quite different. The only thing I see on it is a one color overdyed floss in a quaker design. Threadworx has a gorgeous autumn color #1072. Not having the fabric in front of me I cant be sure but it might work on that. Just a thought. I do hope back to school goes well for you. Our kids started on Aug 16. 😊 Scarlett Barger
Hello Michelle - I have a dark pinky brown from Needle and Flax called Walnut Grove. I’m stitching Sarah Allen 1814 by Needlework Press - just a suggestion.
Just watched #just sew Sherrie, wonderful gal, great sense of humor. Funny story she tells of being sooo intimated by stitch royalty, YOU, and ran away before meeting you 😂
Wow! You really took one for the team with that treat box. I hope the last one didn't linger too long. 😂 Love your plan for black Sampler November, not to put pressure on you but do you think it will be Charted for this year or next?
Love your videos, but I really wish these treat boxes or certain countries would move away from plastics, especially individually plastic wrapped cookies and things. Sorry, but as a marine biologist, I just can't understand this
I agree too! I’ve travelled quite extensively in South America and parts of Asia and their use of plastics is huge. My degree is Marine Zoology so we are kindred spirits there 🐋🐬🐠🐡🐢

Love your finishes and your progress on your wips. Happy stitching!
Looking forward to more samplers from you! That last one is huge but gorgeous.
We just got our treat box too and the kids scoffed everything except the banana and the squid. My 7yos favourite was the basil chips!!! Those pineapple biscuits were my favourite.
I love the walden sampler with the brighter color than most samplers. Would love to stitch this one.

Thank you 🙏
Thanks Michelle, enjoyed your video. Love the lace border, what a treaure 😊.
Ooooo I love that spooky autumn smalls by the blue flower 😮

The Norfolk sampler is beautiful!
One of the Night Spirit Studio woodcut designs came to mind for your brown/pinkish fabric. I think I remember you showing one of their charts.
That’s a great idea! Thanks! I do have a couple
I love the Fallen Leaves floss!!

Thanks for the suggestion! I’ll definitely check it out!
Love the silk vintage sampler
On cacao, one of Kathy barrik’s moths! Oh my goodness! That would be gorgeous.
Hey girl! Beautiful samplers! The "Cocoa" fabric might work for an upcoming 1884 release ;)
Oooh great thanks! Can you drop me a DM when it’s released? Thanks 😊

Haha - that’s why I do it at the end! Can you imagine sticky squid on the Norfolk! 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️😂
@@mommalovesyougb Every cross stitcher’s nightmare: grease on the fabric! 😱😱😱
Michelle...love everything you shared but for a few items in the food box...you have some stunning samplers to reproduce...you might be able to stitch a large bird on the unusual pink fabric...wishing you the best and happy stitching ❤❤
Thanks for another fabulous video! You are so inspiring!!! I think HL's Moth by Kathy Barrick would look great on your new Fox and Rabbit Cacao linen.
Yes - it would! And I have it too!!
@@mommalovesyougb wonderful!

Maybe you put your threads for Winter in your Autumn project bag?
That would be a sensible suggestion! And they were…until I moved them (onto the table and then buried them as it turned out! 😂)
Your expressions are the best!! 🤪

Thanks so much! I’ll take a look 👀
Love Amelia’s sampler it’s stunning 🤩 have a wonderful week and happy stitching 😊🧵🪡🤗🤩
Hello again! Sorry for the UA-cam crud! I just love watching you just before church on Sundays. I saw you were attacked by the tube demons!! 😮
Great video. One suggestion, when you reproduce samplers can you state whether it is Aida capable. Thank you
Hello! I include that information on the product description on Etsy so you stitchers can see if it is suitable 😃
Love a treat box episode!
Any news on a UK seller for the planner? I think this is the best one by far!
Love the new sampler!!!
Black sampler. Love all your samplers.
Just watched #just sew Sherrie, wonderful gal, great sense of humor. Funny story she tells of being sooo intimated by stitch royalty, YOU, and ran away before meeting you 😂
I know! I’m the least intimidating person I know 😂
What about a Quaker pattern in ecru?
I love the Norfolk sampler, can't wait to get this chart.
As usual, worth the wait. As for the taste box, love watching you do it.😂 I could never.😊
Great video! I love when you do the Taste boxes! I am going to have to keep my eyes open for some seaweed treats!
Wow! I love Amelia's Sampler! I hope you get to charting it soon.
Can't wait to see the the Norfolk sampler charted 😍
I love Amelia, gorgeous looking forward to seeing her charted
I think my next taste of something new will be “it’s not hideous”! 😂😂 I’m with you, no ginger!
Cute finish!!!
Wow! You really took one for the team with that treat box. I hope the last one didn't linger too long. 😂

I’m going for this year!
Love Charlotte …
