Anohana was fantastic, definitely in my top 10 anime. I cried during every single episode pretty much lmao i like the ending more than the opening, everytime I hear it i just think of the ending of the anime
10+ years later, and AnoHanas ending - specifically it's key moments during the song; the opening hook and instrumentals, and that build up into the drop "kimi to natsu no wari..." - gives me instant chills, tears, and a completely different state of mind instantly. I don't know of nor have I watched a show like this in that entire time. They pavlov'd me with this song, I loved how they would end every episode with a dramatic scene and have that song punch in right at the end of the climax.
Anohana 10th anniversary will feature a stage reading that reveals what happened to main characters 10 yrs after the end of anime... Original script writer of the anime Mari Okada is writing the script for stage reading. Event will take place on August 28 and the voice cast will also be present at the anime real- life setting of Chichibu in Saitama :3
All anime lover should experiencing the emotion of this anime at least once in their life time. After watching this anime for like twice, the other sad anime feels like a piece of cake to me.
Finished up the anime the other day, and wow. I came in hearing that its one of the saddest animes ever, and it was. The story is so sad, but i didn't cry until the last few minutes when this opening played. It really broke me. I love this opening so much.
This is my third favorite anime of all time, the opening was okay didn’t really stick with me… however the ending still gives me goosebumps to this day. Perfect anime.
I would love to see your reaction to the Banana Fish intros and outros I think they‘re lit. It also only has 2 of each so nothing too crazy but really worth watching
This is one of those series that punches you in the gut and squeezes your heart lol I’m a sensible gal so I did cry in the ending, and I really liked the series overall, probably would give it 8-9/10 💕 just hearing the opening and ending gives me the feels 🤧
Oh, so you wanna know if there's been other shows like this since? If you mean "a show that makes you feel agonizing pain in your heart but in a good way", pretty much anything Jun Maeda makes fits the bill kk T.T PS.: I tear up every time I hear this ending. Still not like I do hearing Ichiban no Takaramono from Angel Beats, but enough for me to look for a towel to wipe my face on.
Since you reacted to these then you should most definitely react to Your lie in april ops and endings, and the whole show to be honest. It's just that good
A reactor who dropped Black Clover because of its views is an insult to those who look forward to it from the very start of this channel. It's one of the best series that most have missed because it's underrated. If you want to watch BC reactor you may search Imon_snow. They are those who appreciate it eventhough it's slow paced unlike other shounens. They did not drop it even if the views are not that high because they love it. I'm disappointed to you Allonsy.
You're comparing me to channel that has 150,000 more subscribers... Doesn't make sense does it? Also, it's nothing to do with the actual show. It's simply a case of the low watch time was affecting how other videos on the channel were pushed by UA-cam's algorithm. Have some perspective and stop being so unreasonably emotional about something it's actually not even about.
@@Allonsyyyy it's not being emotional but rather being reasonable and able to appreciate underrated series. It looks like you have followed the footsteps of the previous reactors who did the same mistake. Well it can't be helped. RC Bro's have also few subs but they still continued the series. What my point here is how will you be able to appreciate an anime by anime itself despite the views.
You're not seeing the seperation between the series itself and how it was performing and affecting the channel. I only have so much time to make videos and as this is literally my job I have to make decisions based on more than just "getting more out of the series". Like I said, I like the series, it was just a matter of low demand, negative impact on other videos due to low retention times and making more use out of the time. Also, please stop with the toxic comparing of channels. You're now comparing me to a channel that has 2 people to help edit and run a channel and isn't being ran as a sole job. Get some perspective mate.
Bro that ending IS FRICKIN PAIN and the only thing that made me cry with silent voice
Your Lie in April and I Want To Eat Your Pancreas are also phenomenal
If this was the one of the only things to make you cry, clearly you haven’t seen clannad. Although I highly recommend
Clannad, give that a try
Violet Evergarden is really Good to too if you want to shed some tears! 🙃
@@meta1shotslave8 facts it’s also beautiful

Made me cry a lot, just as much as Clannad and Clannad: After Story did.
Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day is 10/10 in my book.
“Sanae said the only place it’s okay to cry is in the bathroom or in Daddy’s arms” that shit broke me
