9 Minute summary

Recently I read The New One Minute Manager by Ken Blanchard and Spencer Johnson. I really enjoyed the book and I wanted to make a short summary of the main things I learned both for my own memory and to hopefully help someone else. This is not a read along or an audiobook
I highly suggest reading the whole book if you learned anything from my video. Most of the points made in this book are helpful for management positions but also relationship advise. how to handle problems etc.
